Normally I love Rita’s with a passion and look forward to it reopening in the Summer – but honestly this summer in particular, your flavors have been sub-par at best. Mostly it’s the same plain flavors with not much variety or uniqueness, and for goodness sakes can you please start making more cream ice flavors. It’s usually coconut and I haven’t seen more than one option of cream ice flavors at a time all summer. Please give us back the Rita’s we have always loved

My daughter and I had a great experience at this location. They had a wide variety of flavors to choose from including a few that we had never seen before, for example the chocolate chip cookie dough cream ice, which was very good. I’m not sure how they managed to do it but somehow that itty-bitty Hershey Kiss shaped chocolate bits 4 we’re all soft even though the Italian ice part of it was frozen. I’d never heard of the Cream Ice before but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is eager to try new Rita’s Italian Ice flavors. The service was fast, and the 2 girls that helps us were both very nice. I was pleased to see that all of the employees were wearing masks & they also adhered circles on the sidewalk, indicates the 6-foot distance for customers who are waiting in line. The COVID thing has definitely changed a lot of things for my family & I this summer but one thing that hasnt changed was how much we LOVE Rita’s on a HOT & HUMID day.

The strawberry cheesecake concrete is delish too ! Go give them a try before their closed for the season.

On South Queen Street. Some of the kids in there are rude and on phones half of time. The service and quality is not the same as other ritas in area. Always last resort if I can’t go to one of the others.

Literally was helping another customer when my bf walked up and helped that customer but shut the window on him without saying anything to him and best believe if it was me it would not be pretty. Very unprofessional couldn’t even say they were closing or anything.

Love this ritas location, staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their products are always consistent in taste. I would highly recommend this location for your next rita run.
