This is the most amazing place to go. We were aerved by the most qonderful women named Jenna (sorry for miss spelling it). We started off with the shrimp cocktails and some wine. The shrimp were huge and the sauce was amazing it had a bit of a kick to it but was still the best sauce. The recommendation was spot on for me taste it was called celine. The steaks were cooked perfectly and seasoned beautifully. The sides were amazing the sweet potato casserole was just perfect.

Sat at a booth in the bar, and I was well taken care of with drink refills and attention. A lot of after-work business crowd and then older, large families celebrating together.
The salad bar is the shining star! Staff actively refilling containers, swapping out spoons, cleaning around each items, ensuring the cleanest and freshest experience. Cold salad plates and delish, fresh offerings really elevate this salad bar!
When I return, I’m getting the salad bar and some soup, so I can enjoy more items I noticed, like caviar, olives, cheeses, and various pastas!
Quite pricey to dine, but well-worth it for the experience!

My husband and I went for our anniversary and had the best experience. Our server was Ellis. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was friendly. Highly recommend him. We’ll definitely ask for him on our next visit. The oysters were fresh and delicious. Steak was perfectly cooked. I had the Old Fashion smoked. Don’t typically drink bourbon, but this was really good. Looking forward to our next visit.

If I could give Ron Lahody’s Steakhouse more than five stars, I would—but I’m pretty sure that’s illegal. From the moment I walked in, the service was so amazing I briefly wondered if I had accidentally been mistaken for a celebrity. The staff was attentive, friendly, and probably could’ve anticipated my needs before I even had them.
The food? Delightful. My steak was cooked to perfection, the kind of meal that makes you reconsider all your life choices that led you to eat anything else before this. The appetizers were so good that I had a brief, internal debate about whether I should just keep ordering them instead of an entrée. The wine? Smooth, delicious, and just classy enough to make me feel like I knew what I was talking about when I swirled it in the glass.
Honestly, I was quite impressed. I came in expecting a good meal, but I left with a borderline emotional attachment to this restaurant. Ron Lahody’s, you’ve set the bar high—other steakhouses should take notes.

So there are so many restaurants to share our 30th anniversary with. We chose to spend it with Ron Lahody’s in Anderson. This was the best choice we could’ve made. Our server Abagail, was attentive, polite, thoughtful, and cheery. Followed by phenomenal food, my wife ordered the Cattleman’s Burger with the best onion rings! I had the Chicken Alfredo, and I always guilty ordering this at a steakhouse, but hands down the best Alfredo I have ever had. Atmosphere is upscale relaxed. Just a wonderful night. Thank you Abagail and Ron Lahody staff for a very great cap to the night.

Ron Lahody’s is a great restaurant addition to Anderson & Madison County. The restaurant layout and atmosphere is very well done. Plenty of room with two bar option up & downstairs. Wait staff was very attentive & professional oh and fun too! The food option are what you would expect from a steakhouse and did not disappoint. Typically when first opening there are some hiccups but that was not the case on this Wednesday night. Now to the important part “the food” the 4 of us tried multiple appetizers all of which were good portion sizes. The dinner entrées and sides were plenty full and excellent and very well cooked. This will be a regular stop for us and can’t wait to go back next week. Thanks for a great dining experience.

My fiance and I had my birthday dinner at this steak house. We both love supporting local businesses. The atmosphere and decor was nice, kinda small since it’s in the bus station. Service was wonderful. And the bread for the table and cocktails we ordered were good. We ordered this bacon appetizer that was decent but wasn’t bad. My fiance ordered the ribeye with corn side dish (I forgot his other side) and I ordered the lamb chops with brussel sprouts and scallop potatoes. The lamb was tough and fatty and so was my fiance’s steak. My potatoes were bland and mushy. But my brussel sprouts were good. But my fiance didn’t have anything good on his plate. We hate being those people but we mentioned it to our server. We weren’t looking for a free meal, just wanted to let them know how we felt. The server was kind enough to offer us a free dessert. And we choose carrot cake since it’s my favorite cake. I tried it later on at home and the cake was bland, no spice at all. And for whatever reason raw sliced carrots were on top of the cake but it didn’t appear that carrots were in the cake itself. Overall, we’re glad we got it out of the way and tried this place. But overall, it wasn’t a good experience. And not worth the $200.

This is easily one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The service is amazing and the food is even BETTER. The atmosphere of the restaurant reminds you of a western style theme and the food matches it perfectly. If you ever want an amazing meal this is the place to go. Grace, our serve, was amazing and so on top of everything. The food didn’t take long to come out and was cooked to perfection all the way around!! The drinks are great and just overall an amazing experience
