Small, hidden gem in Marmora. The owner was very friendly and helped us pick out some of his favorites; he even gave us a sample plate.
The brownies, scones, and cakes were all delicious and home made.

Stefan did an absolutely beautiful job on my birthday cake, I literally gasped when I saw it! Not only did it look absolutely gorgeous, it tastes incredible. Not overly sweet and perfectly moist. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

I stop by for a cupcake , I chose a red velvet cupcake which wasn’t red but pink. Im guessing there were no artificial added color, It was the best and the cream cheese frosting was just right not too sweet with a little tartness . I was also given some scones to sample even though they are not for me, I did taste high quality butter and ingredients

I needed a plater for a customer meeting, found this gem. The scones, danish and muffins were delicious and huge. The owner heated a blueberry muffin for me to enjoy on my way to the meeting, It was the best muffin I have ever had. I will be back very soon.

Stefan at the Blue Dolfin is amazing! He is a true artist and superb baker. We have been customers since we moved here in 2017 so when I had a big event and needed a cake and other sweets, I knew Stefan was the guy for the job. We picked the flavors and the item, he took care of the rest! Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. Thanks so much Stefan. Our cake, mini cup cakes and cake pops were all so delicious…those edible sea shells you made by hand to decorate everything were the BEST chocolate I have ever eaten (and I have eaten a lot of chocolate in my day).

Edit: 2021: Absolutely nothing has changed, the treats are just fantastic. Add the strudel to the list of treats I just can’t resist from this shop lol. We ordered a cake for our sons birthday party and it was amazing. It was all everyone could talk about and the entire thing was gone very quickly. I still absolutely recommend this bakery. Worth every penny.

We are camping in the area and decided to check it out. We were wowed the moment we stepped in the door! So much to choose from! I selected a cannoli and my husband decided on a chocolate macaroon. We ate them right there and both were to die for! The cherry crumble we bought was delicious and Stefan, the owner, threw in several other goodies, gratis! They too, were simply wonderful. Before we leave the Ocean City area, we’ll be back for more. This bakery is special!

They were on vacation when I called to order my daughters ice cream cake. Called me back when they returned yesterday and were able to accommodate my last minute order! So thankful, it came out more beautiful than i ever could have imagined! The owners are so sweet and caring. Everytime I stop in or order it is all amazing. I was excited to try this bakery for my daughter’s birthday and also pleased that my order was honored just the day before I needed it.
I ordered a vanilla cake for a girl with seashells and asked for pink and gold color/decor along with raspberry filling.
When I picked the cake up I saw that it was pink and blue but I overlooked this…
The cake turned out to be not just horrible but the worst cake I have had. The “layers” were ONE cake layer divided into FOUR! So when eating the cake, you only taste the filling. Now for the filling. This raspberry mousse tasted terribly artificial, so much that I had to brush my teeth to get rid of the aftertaste it left.
For the money I paid for this cake, it was HORRIFIC and a waste because what was left after everyone tried a piece, their uneaten cake and remaining cake went into the garbage.
