Second time here and it most certainly won’t be the last! Charlotte is a fantastic waitress and we had the privilege of having her twice. This is the BEST pizza we have had in a long time. The appetizer we had was very flavorful and we wanted more. Charlotte was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. They offer pieces of bread with dipping oil as a treat while you wait. So good! The food came out very quickly. Service was the same as a higher end restaurant! The host was very friendly and so were the rest of the staff. Highly recommend! We will be making this a regular stop

Charlotte, our waitress/bartender, gave us TOP-NOTCH service from start to finish! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The food was amazing, and the service overall was excellent.

Sad to say, but CPK’s menu has gone downhill in terms of food flavor, quality, and prices. Case in point, their offering of a guacamole (to their credit, they call it something else) was super disappointing; it was basically corn with a few cubes of avocado. I had to take a picture. The staff was fine, and the atmosphere was the same as always, but they’ve definitely dropped the quality while raising prices.

California Pizza Kitchen has a pleasant atmosphere and really wonderful service. The staff are always kind and helpful, which makes the dining experience feel welcoming. While the overall food is just okay, I have to say the Thai salad is definitely a standout—fresh, flavorful, and a go-to on the menu for me. It’s worth trying! The service and ambiance are what make this place worth visiting.

I ordered a spicy chipotle chicken pizza and literally missing all the ingredients except chicken and peppers. Where is the corn, black beans, and the lime crema? Didn’t even put it on the side smh. At least the buffalo cauliflower was ok but that’s not going to be a full dinner.

Witnessed cook staff use a dirty dishcloth then touch food, when I mentioned it to the kitchen manager Jorge Lopes he seemed very ambivalent to the matter despite knowing it’s a clear health code violation. Instead of trying to address the issue he decided to walk away when I asked for his direct supervisors information. Unprofessional, rude and unclean.

We are regular customers at this CPK. During our visit today, we waited more than 20 minutes to be seated. I fully understand that the restaurant is short-staffed and acknowledged this when I calmly approached the waitress. Despite this, we remained standing the entire time while she repeatedly walked past us without seating us or offering menus.
Several guests who arrived after us ultimately seated themselves due to the delay. Seating us and providing menus would have taken only a few minutes. When I raised the issue, the waitress dismissed the concern by stating she had “smiled at my husband three times,” confirming she was aware we were waiting and chose not to assist us.
I would understand the delay if she had been actively handling customer orders. However, during this time, she was walking around monitoring and refilling water glasses at her own discretion. Seating us would have required only a brief moment and could have easily been accommodated during this time.
This incident is particularly concerning given a prior interaction with the same waitress during the holidays, when she asked where we were from and remarked that items in my shopping bags would make good gifts to take “back home.” While I chose not to address the comment at the time, taken together with today’s experience, the behavior felt dismissive, inappropriate & particularly racist.
Management is welcome to review the cameras.

We stopped by on our trip to the Pentagon mall. Our waitress was a sweet lady.
The male who greeted us as we entered the restaurant was not polite and should not be the face of the restaurant- He had no personality.
The thin crust pepperoni pizza was good. We shared it for 2 adults. My kids shared the kids pizza , 6 small slices was good for them (age 9&2). The strawberry lemonade was very sweet. The dynamite shrimp was good just cannot eat too much of it in one setting.

I was placed in a corner and forgotten about and after telling the waiter, I didn’t want my food because it was cold due to not having condiments. The manager came and the customer service did not get better. Horrible customer service definitely would not recommend this place.
