Tucked away on the other side by DMV. Due to the construction it was a little hard to find but once we did it was nice. Brought two friends who live in wtby and didn’t know it existed. Now it’s out new friends night out spot. Plus the fire pit area was nice since it’s getting chilly. Will be back again.

The bartender is absolutely amazing. I never catch his name when I make it over there. But he is so kind and I enjoy the experience of watching create the drinks. The cocktails are absolutely amazing some of the best Ive ever had. They taste so fresh and they are strong but very good at the same time. It’s a great spot to go hangout at!

What a hidden gem! Came in with my girlfriends for “just one drink” & somehow we stayed way longer! The atmosphere was warm & inviting, the bartender was thoughtful and fantastic, and the food and drinks were seriously impressive… every sip and bite truly delivered. Such a fun, welcoming spot. I don’t get up to CT much, but when I’m there, I go out of my way to stop by. The drink list is unique, but you can also ask for anything! This place has some special in house spirits that makes it feel as at home as a distillery as it is a local bar. Just take a look at some of the bottles in their signature collection. They’re quite unique and their collection really speaks to the personality of this place. This is my favorite place to relax when I’m in CT. I’m a whiskey man myself, but if you go, ask to see their Cylinder Vodka. The bottle is a real visual treat. Even if you don’t ask, the bartender will probably show it you, they’re quite proud of it

This was our second time at Continuum, and we had a great time relaxing here on a Friday night! They had live music and a great food truck. I appreciated that they were able to make me a mocktail version of a Cosmo, which came out great! The staff is always friendly. Such a great place to have in Waterbury!

I hosted my sister’s Jack & Jill baby shower at this distillery. Approximately 60 guest attended and it was an absolute success! At first glance, you see the raw industrial charm of a working distillery, but as a designer, I immediately recognized the potential of the space. The open layout, high ceilings, and cozy yet functional atmosphere made it the perfect blank canvas for a truly unique event.
The space was incredibly spacious, allowing us to comfortably set up seating, a buffet area, and a gift table, with plenty of room for guests to mingle. Stellios and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making sure we had everything we needed to bring our vision to life.
One thing to note is that you’ll need to cater your own food, which worked out great for us because it allowed us to customize the menu to fit the theme of the shower. The distillery provides the drinks, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The selection was fantastic, and our guests raved about the quality of the craft cocktails and other beverages.
What made this venue so special was the contrast between the industrial vibe of the distillery and the warm, festive atmosphere we created with decorations. I’ll be attaching photos to show how we transformed the space—it went from a distillery to a beautiful baby shower hall with just a little creativity.
If you’re looking for a venue with character, flexibility, and amazing drinks, I highly recommend this distillery. Whether it’s a baby shower, birthday party, or any celebration, this place offers a unique backdrop that can be tailored to any event.

Continuum distillery is a hidden gem in Waterbury! Their spirits are high quality and delicious. While there I tried several cocktails and mocktails, which were all very good. I really love that some of the cocktails are named after places or references to Waterbury. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend stopping by. The tasting lounge is perfect for hanging out with friends. On some days they have live music, comedy shows, food truck, and pop up events.
