Although staff is usually nice I have given this location so many chances and the donuts are always awful. I try to get some for my kids every once in a while and it doesn’t matter if I get full size donuts or munchkins – often looking haphazardly made and borderline stale, and don’t bother going after noon because there won’t be many donuts left. If the quality would go up it would help a lot.

Harriman Location needs a management change. Went by Sunday sign on drive thru not enough employees showed up. Closed. Thursday went by had 4 donuts left at 4pm. Went by today at 2pm guy said they only had 1 donut left. Someone needs to plan better at 2pm no donuts and your open til 8:30pm. Not a hood look.

I normally go out of my way to get Dunkin coffee. I stopped here and went through the drive through and paid cash the guy working the window didn’t have the correct change to give me and said he was 2 cents short I said give me a nickel he stated he can’t “ they told us to round down” I will never pay cash at Dunkin after this

Their coffee is always great, but they never toast the sourdough. It’s always just squishy white bread pretty much. The hash hashbrowns are never crispy. Only food item I’ve enjoyed from here was the ham and cheese rollups.

Very clean and staff was friendly order took a little longer then expected, but I believe there were some newer workers.
Over i would stop again, we ordered dunkalatte which was not made the same as we have had from others. I wish dunkin would follow a more regimentent process so you could actually get the same drink each time.
