This was my first time here. I enjoyed the simple but positive awsthetic of the lobby. They had several plants and bamboo displayed. The ceiling were actually very pretty as well! If you go, you will know what mean .
I ordered the veggie lover bowl with raw spicy tuna. The worker forgot about my order so I sat in the lobby for about 20 minutes before she noticed. She was apologetic and I could tell she felt bad about forgetting my order.
It was well worth the wait though! The food was so yummy and I would love to return again when I am back in Ashland!

I placed an online order at 5:49 p.m. with an estimated wait time of 20 minutes. 20 minutes had passed by the time I had even arrived at the restaurant. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I was told it would still be another 15 minutes. During this time, I noticed a steady stream of DoorDash orders going out. While I understand the demand from delivery services, it was frustrating to see in-person customers left waiting far longer than expected.

I had the Hibachi Chicken for lunch and it was as good or better as any I have eaten. There was enough to share, or in my case to take to the hotel for another meal. In the picture, yummy veggies are hiding under the chicken. Friendly service from the manager (perhaps owner). You order at the counter and they yell out your name to pick it up (welcome to a small, southern town!). Dine in is very informal (chose a table, grab your drink and utensils, have a seat) or you can carry out. This is directly behind the Delta hotel so don’t miss having a meal here while at the hotel (lots lots better than the hotel restaurant, which I only recommend for drinks).

The Crab Rangoons were sweeter than I like them and none of the “spicy” things were spicy, but that’s all just personal taste I suppose. The service was good. Could use some music in the dining area, but it seems more like a carry out spot anyhow. The food was alright, it upset my stomach a bit which is why I only gave this place 3 stars.

I saw recommendations for this restaurant on facebook and decided to give it a shot. Ordered the steak hibachi and some rangoons. Steak was ordered medium rare, all the cubes ended up well done. Looked like there was plenty of seasoning on the meat and veggies, but it was bland. Rangoons were 90% wonton wrapper and 10% filling. Rice was as bland as the steak and veggies. The portions were large.

I was leery about trying a Poke Bowl, as I don’t care for raw fish. I was shown the Hawaii Bowl and thought it sounded decent – it’s a cold dish, but not raw.
The staff were super helpful in guiding my decisions. This was absolutely delicious! Filling without being heavy. I will definitely be back…and probably eat the same thing again!

4/5. The food is wonderful. However, im taking off a point because the restaurant always smells terrible, almost like sewage is backed up. We’ve had to stop dining in because of this.

Tried to get my lady to try something new and it ends up being like this. Guess I’ll just stick with hillbilly hibachi, where for 10 dollars I know I get my moneys worth!
