This restaurant was not cutsey or demure. Very very hard bread that almost broke gums, and very hard to chew. I would rate it a 0/5 stars if I could. customer service was good but the food was just not it.

I prefer this location to the Kent Dairy one, but this store *constantly* closing the lobby early is getting a little excessive. Out of the last 11 times I’ve gone, I think the lobby was open the full time twice. The others, the lobby either closed while I was there, or had closed before I got there. Once or twice, every now and again, I get, and the people are always nice. But still, I’m not going to Starbucks for the overexpensive coffee, I’m going to have somewhere to go.

We went to target to pick up a prescription and stopped for a quick coffee. A little before noon on 1/6/23. Emily truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a perfect hand crafted beverage. She was delightful, and a joy to be around. She is an asset to your store, Target, and Starbucks Corporate.

Standard coffee fare. Drinks are always good quality. Continually disappointed by this location randomly closing earlier than stated hours of operation. It makes us skip this location if we plan to visit within an hour and a half before close. They may be open. Maybe not.

I was travelling from Northern Alabama to Florida on I65. I asked for a Starbucks from Siri, and landed at a Target. Convenient but when I got into the Truck and took a drink it was warm water, not hot and not the typical taste experience I have at Starbucks. Ironically as I pulled out I saw a Free standing Starbucks. Where I should have gone in the first place. And to make things worse later in Montgomery I stopped again in Eastchase Shopping area at another Target. Thought what are the chances I’d experience the same thing. I did, now I’ve got a stable idea I can get a good Americano, but must only go into a Free standing Starbucks. When we were allowed to add our own honey and cream we’d know it right away. Clarify with Siri too!

This location, tucked up next to Publix, is my favorite by far. From customer service to product quality they hit all of the high notes.
I love Iced Coffees from here, and wanted a hot one. They were great in explaining that a Misto has the right blend of dairy and sweet to match my icy fave.

The Doe Nextdoor
This was 2 separate experiences. The first one I asked for a caramel frap with no whip and extra caramel. I feel like they skimped out on the caramel. Not a big deal. The 2nd time a different girl helped me and she came off rude as soon as I walked up. I asked for the same thing and when she brought it to me they skimped out on the caramel again and she threw the straws at me on to the counter. I won’t be visiting this location anymore.
