Nine Thai Cuisine

I partook in the heavenly salmon and I daresay it was quite a succulent meal. The Pad Thai is also a 10/10. The dessert I ordered was the Thai Coconut Pudding which is hot and has pandan in it and it was a little different but it was okay. Everything tasted and looked fresh.

Very impressive food. The service is great if you dine inside. She was helpful and assisted us with finding something appropriate for everyone. I enjoy spicy food and ordered the drunken noodle Thai hot, and it didn’t disappoint. Pad see ew is great, and the Salmon dish really blew us away. Great quality and presentation. Overall a great place to go. The only reason why it’s not a five star place is because of the pricing. I can get comparable, if not better, drunken noodle in Glassboro for nearly half the price.

Pleasant atmosphere. We even commented to each other how it wasn’t loud and most people talked quietly at their tables so we didn’t feel like we were hearing other table’s conversations the entire time.

The service was good – we had to weight about 30 minutes for our entrees but we were not in a hurry and they make it clear the food is made fresh, so we did not mind. We did not have reservations. We were disappointed in the food – the chicken in my pad Thai was dry and my husband’s bbq chicken was also very dry. The potsticker appetizers were a bit soggy. Unfortunate.

I was feeling kind of homesick and I wanted to eat rice, so I went to Nine Thai for the first time! I ordered the Tamarind Duck and it was delicious. I am particular about how duck should be cooked but they absolutely hit the nail on the head on this one – right amount of crisp and tender duck fat and meat. I really liked the complexity of the tamarind sauce and the pairing of sweet mango that cuts through the sour tamarind.

Will be back again!

Extremely disappointing. I continue to wish for high quality restaurants in Pitman but this one is not that. After ordering 3 takeout meals (including one with extra chicken) I received a really sad order. The chicken curry dish had maybe 4 green beans and no other vegetables. It also had an average amount of chicken when compared to other restaurants in the area. The sweet garden vegetable meal was a small amount of vegetables in water sauce and was $14. The steak meal was a piece of steak in sauce with 3 pieces of broccoli. The whole thing was barely warm even though I waited for the order when I got there. The really sad part is that the general favor was good for curry but with the other issues I will never go back again.

Such a cute restaurant! They were attentive and kind. We really loved the food, and judging by the locals inside the restaurant, many feel the same! Thr ambiance was intimate. I recommend it.
