Much better than the Westfield ma location! Wish this was there instead! They are very reasonable with their up charges and all that, with Westfield they scam at every opportunity! Two topping pizza and you get BBQ sauce and no toppings? UPCHARGE! But not here! Seems it’s a franchise dependent thing, and this franchise owner isn’t copying Wendy’s downfall like the Westfield one! Wish Westfield didn’t have worse fast food spots than Holyoke! What’s in the water down in Westfield, because it sure doesn’t taste clean!

Horrible experience today with delivery driver. I left full instructions where to leave the food and marked to leave at door not to be bothered because I’m on bed rest because I just had surgery and hooked up to a wound vac not supposed to be walking etc. Then he calls me and tells me to come sign for it and grab my food when I can’t be carring anything. I’m hooked up to a hospital machine for my surgery. Never again horrible experience and service and he also broke the screen on the screen door. Horrible service don’t follow instructions at all

Placed an order on their site. The driver was 5 minutes away we get a call from the driver saying we were too far out of range and he would have to bring it back. So wasted two pizzas. And then when we call the story the manager is a complete tool, and when we say we have been waiting an hour and got that call that they weren’t going to deliver. He gave no option for a credit for THEIR mess up. I will never be giving this location business.

I would try and avoid this location. Ordered from them twice now. The first time they said they’re driver ran out of gas and I had to come get it. That’s fine. Really not a big deal. Things happen. The second, most recent time, my order took OVER two hours to arrive. I called around an hour and a half in and the guy told me straight up “I’m the only one handling the phones, counter, and cooking and we only have two drivers”. So at the end of the day, it’s not there fault if you ask me. Who ever is running this place needs to get some more staff so his current staff isn’t being overworked and harassed by hungry people every single night. It’s just depressing and I’m most likely not ordering from this location ever again or at least not for a long time.

The pizza was to doughy. Not enough sauce. No flavor. Took it back was told had to order extra sauce to have enough on . Manager said he personally made it himself and this time plenty sauce. But still no flavor. Still way to doughy. I knew he gave it to me to quick to be done. You could actually pull the dough off from under the cheese to make another pizza. Yuck. It’s in the backyard hoping the animals at night will enjoy it. As for us. Never again from there. Stay with a real pizza parlor and get real pizza. Very disappointed.

I haven’t been too crazy about Domino’s in the past six months. The deal that I have ordered for years is not longer available. The price for an equal amount of pizza without the deal is too high, and when you add on the tax, delivery charge, and tip, it’s an expensive meal for just two people.
But yesterday I had a chance to do carry out and the experience was a complete turn around! The clerk was very accommodating and personable. I got a great price for my pizza. He even asked how I wanted my change. When my pizza was ready he
offered me paper plates and napkins.I don’t know his name, but in conversation he did tell me he was 26.He deserves a pat on the back for his service. Yesterday’s experience just made my day! Thank you.

This is by far the best dominos I have ever been to. We are pretty much on a first name basis! The food is always great, the drivers are great, I never get a cold order. We always order around the same time, and so we usually get the same team making our order. Keep up the good work!!!
