Waited 25 min for a pizza, saw the car in front of me wait as well she actually did three loops around the drive way(crazy). Thankfully the lady who took my order was nice. Had to walk in to check to see if my order was ready, just to see the staff standing around with two cars in the drive through and not get acknowledge till the guy finally decided to check the window and acknowledge i was there and be very dry. Awk! thankfully they know how to make a pizza right that’s the second star.

Oh wow. First let’s take the ear pods out and maybe just maybe you will be able to take an order. It is really not difficult. 4 times saying the same thing…..and then once the food is done, leave it sitting with saying anything. Lastly, pizza looked like it was dropped at best. Placed a pickup order last night, and by the time I got there, it was ready to go. I did have to wait a little, but it was a Friday night, and they were understandably busy.
The pizza was great! Very tasty! No issues with the order either. Everything was on point. You get plenty of options to choose from and can build your pizza exactly how you want. Keep in mind certain options come with additional charges. Very happy with the service and the food.
I can’t really comment much on the atmosphere because I didn’t eat in, but it looks nice a nice little place to sit and eat. All in all, I highly recommend.

My experience gave me a 101 of bad customer service. Pizza was very greasy, and the cashier had no clue on prices, or she just didn’t care to check. Why would you serve this.

I ordered marco’s online. It gave an option to order light crust and I chose light. I pickup my pizza, get home its a cold hard thing crust
I hate thin crust. So I call the store and was told it was nothing that they can do about it, because light isn’t an option and if I chose light it will print thin crust. I choose Marco’s over pizza hut, Papa John’s, and lil ceasars to be told sorry. So I lost money, still hungry and have to spend more money after a long days work. I’m done patronizing and I will not do orders for the job with anymore meetings. Pizza hut would have never. Smh

The WORST Marcos location by far!!! Zero Stars!! I’ve eaten at other Marco’s locations all the time and this one has to be the worst. Staff NEVER wears gloves when preparing anything. And they do it openly because you can see directly into the kitchen! My pizza was so greasy that it wasn’t even edible! I took one bite and put the pizza back in the box to return it and when I got there the manager decided to send one of the workers in the kitchen to tell me that they couldn’t do a refund because I took a bite! How else would I know that it also tasted like straight grease!! This location need to be closed! Every time I’ve gone in there it’s been horrible!! Shame on whatever leadership( or lack there of) in this store!!

MUCH better than Pizza Hut, Dominos, and the like. They actually make their dough correctly, including proofing. The sauce isn’t loaded with sugar or oregano. They’ve always been quick and friendly, and have, so far, never messed up an order for me (15+ orders so far, always carry out). Put the annoying commercial aside and give them a chance.

Picked up my carrot while the crew was cleaning. And they were cleaning! That was probably the cleanest pizza joint I’ve ever seen. The staff was incredibly polite and no one was blasting music. Food was warm and made perfectly even though I picked it up 15 minutes after my pick up time. Great overall experience!
