I won’t be going back. I decided to brave the B from the health department and was not rewarded. Long wait to get my order taken another family who came in after us had to direct the waiter to us. We ordered drinks pho, a sandwich, and rice. The drinks never arrived even after reminding the waiter. The sandwich was mostly dry, after about 2/3s of it there was finally some moisture but with no drinks, not even water, that was dry. We ordered the sandwich with no cilantro, the waiter replied no cilantro and we still got cilantro. Glad no one was allergic and it just made the food taste like soap. The pho wasn’t terrible, but overall there are too many good restaurants to go to this one.

Located in Old Town Monrovia. The food is absolutely fantastic. The broth for the pho tasted unique and better than what I’m used to. Everything was surprisingly decently priced. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area. We tried the starter platter and a rice dish as well and nothing disappointed. I’d like to try their other offerings.

Come here for the vermicelli bowl! It’s delicious, and really refreshing. The pho is okay but anytime I get the pho, I wish I got the vermicelli bowl.
The service is fine. They’ll drop off your food and check up on you once, which is sufficient. I don’t like to constantly be disrupted during my meal.
I’ve never had any issues with understanding the employees.

Finally made it in for a late lunch with my friends. Food was great. Their restaurant was pretty quiet. Food came out quickly! I had pork Bahn mi sandwich… it was just okay. The French bread was a little more dry than I like and the sandwich could have had more meat in it. My friends ordered their vermicelli salad and appetizer platter and extra spring rolls. All of which were good!
I’m going to stick to what I normally order and go to Bahn Mi My Tho for sandwiches.

Viet Phomula is a really good place for Pho. The Viet Pho Super Bowl is something special with that huge rib as a garnish. Almost impossible to eat by yourself and we dare you to try. I always come back home with leftovers. Everything else is pretty typical for a Vietnamese Restaurant but this place does it just about as good as the rest of them. We have been coming here for years and it’s still the same. It’s comfort food for us.

Newly remodeled. Staff was great, super attentive and patient. Even tried their best to accommodate a family that came in and asked for chow mein. Broth was great. Had a fever on a hot day and this was great in helping me get over it. Will have to return with the family.

Delicious and fresh and plentiful. The pork chop plate had plenty of tender well cooked meat, the BBQ pork sandwich I dream about it. Everything is fresh, the staff is very nice. Plenty of items on the menu to choose from. Try the Superbowl if you like pho with a lot of meat.

Viet Phomula is fantastic! We were in the area for the farmer’s market and found this little gem just a few doors away.
The portions are really good and the Vietnamese coffee is perfect! It was just renovated and it looks great!
