If I could give zero stars I would!! The last couples times I ordered they messed up my delivery order and I had to complain and today was no different. I called to tell them they only put extra cheese on one side not the whole pizza they said I could get a credit and keep it. They called me back and said because I complained in the past they weren’t not giving it to me unless I brought it back but people had already started eating it because they were starving after waiting forever. So I will not order from here again!!! This is terrible customer service and the manager I believe is name is Mark or Matt only cares if u are a regular apparently. I will not ever go to this in again. Beware that if they mess up your order multiple times they penalize u for complaining about them. Which by the of u made the order how the note says there would be no need to complain. Stay away if u can help it!!!

I want to thank Larosa’s for making it right for me. I always get the same thing but this time it was not what I usually receive. I called and explained to them that I know what my pizza usually looks like with extra cheese and this one was burned and didn’t even have cheese to the edge. If I have to be honest, it looked like a skin flap. They immediately gave me a credit and I ordered it again and it was perfect! The firstpicture is the one I received…the second is the reorder

I wish I could rate LaRosa’s higher. I’ve been going since I was a kid, but had a very frustrating experience recently. I placed an order online on accident and tried to cancel it, but there’s absolutely no option to do it. I tried calling the local location to change the order time but got redirected to a supervisor. Instead of actually being connected with a supervisor there was a brief hold before it fit out to a silent line with no one on the other end.

Great service, great pizza, but not the best location. Parking in front can be dicey due to speeding traffic. Area isn’t the best. My biggest issue is their garlic fries. I’ve gotten them several times and there is never much garlic if any. Other locations top the fries with a good amount of minced garlic and melted butter. This location only seems to put a small amount if any. I’ve contacted the location and the franchise owner but haven’t gotten anywhere. The delivery driver was great though. His name was Brian.

We’ve ordered from this location for a good 5 yrs. They’ve never done anything that was memorable in providing good customer service so I never wrote a review about them before. I am reviewing now. I ordered and paid over the phone, waiting almost 40mins for my delivery only to be missing an entire item and side. I checked the receipt and yes the item and side were on there. I was so peed off. Do they not know how to read??
I called to report I was missing food and all the supervisor said was he was sorry and that he would have it remade and delivered with another almost 40min wait. No compensation for his company screw up. As if remaking my food that I paid for that I didn’t receive with a much longer wait time was him doing me a favor and fixing the problem. Just pathetic.

I use this location quite often. But my last few orders have been disappointing. Pizza is not cut evenly or it’s missing something from the order. My credits are never applied to order.
