The servers have inconsistent attitude with customers. This was a first time try and I enjoyed the pizza though it was a bit sloppy presentation wise. There didn’t seem to be a process for knowing when my food was ready. No one called me to get it. I ate in store and it was pretty empty during lunch hour which was telling. I sent someone there today to order for me and they said the service was horrendous. Not sure what is going on but franchise/manager might want to address customer facing employees and do some retraining. In good conscience, I can’t recommend for future orders.

Clean Store, and friendly environment. Food is always cooked to satisfying doneness and not stingy with toppings. Best MOD pizza I’ve been to. Had my birthday party here and staff really helped it all come together. Highly Recommend.

Only issue I have is that the tables are not wiped off immediately after customers leave so you might sit down with crumb on the table.
Regular pan size pizza is on the small size and it runs about $10 which in my opinion is the size of a NY Slice just shaped different.
But, you will get full. The Cheesy Bread Sticks gives you more to eat for around the same price!

So I love the pizza but you need better staff! It’s young people that don’t really care. 4 people working absolutely no custumers but I walk in 40 minutes after I ordered and they are just starting my food. They play too much and not concentrating on the orders. Good staff makes a good business…adjust you attitude and get my order right Ms!!! Who’s managing this place?

We had a party of 10 and they were endlessly patient and welcoming to us. Our food was delicious and they managed our huge order with no problems, even when I’m sure it was a little bit of a headache for them. Kudos to all of the staff tonight, my friend had a great time for his birthday. Thank y’all for being so cool and being on top of everything.

, after placing my order I used the ladies restroom to wash my hands. Customers nor staff should tolerate the unkempt restrooms. Management should mandate their restrooms (all locations) are serviced on a regular basis. Health department should be notified!!!!!!
UPDATE 10/26/23: Visit MOD today and ordered my favorite pizza (Jasper). Used the ladies restroom to wash my hands, and I was surprised to fine the restrooms the best I have ever witnessed. Exceptionally clean!!!!

I’m am very disappointed with the customer service. I placed an online order at 6 PM and arrived at 6:19 as instructed and when I got there no pizza was made and no one greeted me. The lady making the pizza asked about the order and no one responded to her. No one said sorry my pizza was missing. I continue to wait after I spoke to the young lady making the pizza, she contacted the manager he pulled up my order made the pizza and it just sat there. It didn’t even get cooked until I came back to the front and ask for the manager, and then he proceeded to tell me that my pizza probably was stolen and even though it says to come pick up at 6:19, that could also have been wrong. I have not received a refund nor did I receive an apology. I will not return to this mod .

The customer service wasn’t lackluster. I walked in at 9:34pm, the store closes at 10pm. I overheard one of the female employees behind the register sigh deeply and say “What time do we close?”, as if she was so bothered by having a customer. Then when she waited on me, her attitude was indifferent. She seemed to get upset because I asked for my dressing to be mixed in with my salad. Once it was time for me to pay, she nonchalantly dropped my salad on the counter. She had already walked off before I completed my transaction. She couldn’t even be bothered to give me my receipt. I had to ask for my receipt and her reply was for me to tear it off myself. I get that working in the food service industry is tiring. I didn’t enter the store minutes before they closed either so why the attitude I do not understand but it was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I ate here with my husband for the first time today. The food was delicious with little wait. The only complaint I really have is that there seemed to be a lack of proper communication between employees. We ordered but had to retell our order several times and to several people. And on top of that, somehow wires still got crossed and part of our order was gotten wrong. It wasn’t a particularly difficult order; two pizzas and a caesar salad. We got the wrong salad, but in their defense, they immediately rectified the mistake and we left satisfied with no problem. I would certainly eat there again. Everyone has their off days, right? 🙂
