We drove through town close to 9. They were cleaning up. Neither one complained even though I know I know it’s frustrating. I work in the food industry to and know how it is. But not much from there on out for 3 more hours. I really appreciate them and how kind they were even under the circumstances.

We are not greeted and the employee kept talking under her breath. I ask for a CHICKEN bacon sandwich. And only got two very tiny pieces of bacon along with the wrong cheese. The other sandwich we got pretty much consisted of all olives. If I order something I expect to get it. I understand people go through things and have disabilities but I expect to get what I ordered.

Only one poor souls working who I’m sure was trying but he kept disappearing into the back between orders and it took 40 minutes for him to complete 6 sandwiches. From the moment I ordered it took 18 minutes for him to make three sandwiches for my party. No exaggeration.

The Girl Emily who works there is terrible. A month or so ago I tried calling in an order and she keep hanging up on me. I had to go into the store to order. There was no one in the store and she was just standing in the back. I called the store while in there to get her to come out and she still didn’t answer the phone. She then only put about 1/4 of the ingredients on my husband’s sandwich. We did not appreciate paying for pretty much a piece of bread.
The two guys working today did an exceptional job and they deserve 5 STARS!✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ They were busy and greeted everyone with awesome customer service.
I do not know the girl or the 2 boys, but there sure is a difference in customer service.

As a former “sandwich artist”, this store DESPERATELY needs some training. The girl making my sandwich was super super nice. She was very overworked though. The other person on shift did not seem to care to help and was in the bathroom the whole time I was there. The store and where they keep the food were not clean and that poor girl was trying to run the place alone.

On March 23 for lunch the young woman that waited on us was extremely rude and very impatient. Her attitude was not appropriate of someone working with the public. We were seriously considering not taking the sandwiches we had ordered after dealing with her extremely inappropriate attitude. I seriously hope this young woman is no longer an employee or she has changed her attitude.

The food is good and I don’t normally complain about it but I should get what I paid for. I ordered a Baja chicken bacon melt and a spicy Italian sandwich. I got both those sandwiches but not with the meats that were supposed to be in there. My Baja came with steak. It was just steak and sauce. No bacon or chicken. The spicy Italian came with steak. Not the pepperoni or salami that it was supposed to have. The sandwiches turned out good but not what I ordered. I had 4 other sandwiches and they turned out the way they were supposed to.

Not usually a complainer, the two boys that work there… great! But the local owners of this subway make it very difficult for them to do there job. Soda fountain broken. Bathroom towels dispenser broken. Out of Turkey, ham and most bread choices. I do not plan on ever returning.
