I loved the coffee shop that was here before Firegrounds and I hoped the new one would be good too… I’ve been coming here since they opened, and come almost everyday now. The staff is awesome! They know my kids, I’ve watched some of the girls graduate and start big girl jobs, have babies, etc. They truly will become like a family! One of the owners’ wives, Summer, works at this location and is a freaking vibe herself!!! They have a monthly special menu submitted by the employees that always has cool ideas and is always good. I almost exclusively order off of that. They also have a separate playroom for kids that is great when I need to get some work done and don’t feel like being stuck in the house. The coffee itself is good. They offer several different roasts. The in house roast is strong and bold but not bitter. Food selection is small but good and is quality. We like the blueberry muffins and breakfast croissants. Picture is of the “Snowberry Chai” (dirty, of course) off the December menu!

Very cute coffee shop. Lots of seating. Plugs for your electronics. Great variety of coffee. A few breakfast items. My dad had their 12oz, medium roast, hot coffee @ $2.00, & a sausage breakfast croissant @ $6.00. I had their 20oz, “Pinch Me” hot coffee @ $7.50, & a “blueberry muffin” @ $4.00.
Thanks for being open for us on this frozen bad weather day.

Great place to stop and get a cappuccino. Close to I-20. Staff is prompt and courteous. I have stopped here 3 times on return trips to Florida. As soon as I clear the metroplex I look forward to Fire Grounds. Good merch, too.

American fast coffee. As you know Alex the macchiato guy this isn’t my style. Might be yours. Paper cupped but this the fire house way, fast black and motoroil. Definitely a massive step up from the traditional fire station folgers go to. Firefighter and veteran owned but commercial. Im the guy in the station that would make pour over coffees and get run over for not drinking folgers. Anyways roast is good beans are quality but this fast black and American coffee. Im impartial but this is a step up for the fire service. If they could get this in every station and get rid of foldgers bathwater im on board. Amen.

What a treat! My cousin and I stopped at Fire Grounds to catch up and enjoy some coffee on a cold day. The atmosphere is great with lots of seating – albeit if you’re short like me (5ft) you’ll feel like you’re sitting on the ground at a bar top. The seats at the tables are low to the ground. Try the bar. The coffee, muffin, and hot chocolate were delicious and service outstanding. We’ll be back!

2nd date update – still delicious! What a great local coffee shop! The coffee was delicious and service outstanding. The coffee shop has a unique, modern vibe and the fire department regalia makes for special decor. It was a nice pit stop on a road trip!

First time visiting this little gem and it did not disappoint! The ladies working were so sweet and patient while helping us figure out what my wife and daughter would like—and they absolutely nailed it.

An unexpected bonus was the small play area where the kids could enjoy some pretend play—it gave us just enough time to sit back, relax, and enjoy our coffee. ☕✨

Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the area, or make the trip—it’s worth it!

This is my favorite coffee shop in town! The girls are so beautiful inside and out and the coffee is so good! I used to manage a few coffee shops and was a lead barista as well so I’m super picky but I watched them pull shots the right way and that’s why their drinks actually taste like coffee and not just a bunch of syrup and milk!!! I highly recommend! I’m also obsessed with their sausage breakfast sandwich ! So dang good!

Better than Starbucks! I had the white chocolate macadamia nut iced latte. Absolutely delicious. And the drink was made extra fast & the prices are great. Would definitely come back the next time we pass through!

First time in. Ran out of coffee @home and came in for a simple medium roast to go. Impressed with their selection of coffees and price. Only $2.50 for a huge cup.

What a great coffee spot! We will definitely be back!
We purchased a couple bags of coffee beans and coffees for the road. It’s a very nice cafe that supports a great cause.
