After reading the reviews, we were skeptical. But this exceeded our expectations and more! Service was quick and pleasant, even without a reservation. I had the double cut pork chop and it was so good I would have it again if we were staying another night! Also had the crab cakes to start which were delicious. The burger with onion rings came with so many onion rings we had to take it to go. Happy we chose to eat here, wonderful experience all around!!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this place. We ate there tonight (Sunday) at 8:30pm after being in the park all day and too tired to leave the resort. My wife got a salad with grilled chicken and it was big, fresh and well seasoned. Just what she wanted after heavy park food. I had the Baja bowl and really enjoyed it. Again, not heavy but feeling and tasty. Kids had the burger and quesadilla and both were liked. Not cheap but what you expect for resort food and worth not going out. Our server was also really nice. We recommend it.

Staying at the hotel as I write this review. The Salmon I had last night for dinner was over cooked and no season. The breakfast I had was pretty good but the server was terrible. She acted like she didn’t want to do her job. The server acted like it pained her to approach the guest if they needed anything else! The cook NEEDS to know what crispy bacon is. I can cook better bacon in the microwave than this place. Should we be concerned that they keep orange juice out at room temperature and not in the refrigerator? I wonder when they were inspected by the health department?? Much work needs to be done at this so called restaurant. You would think that the restaurant manager would get a clue and realize he is failing his guest who comes in to the restaurant to eat. I would be embarrassed if I ran a restaurant that terrible. I gave you two tries once for supper and the other for breakfast. Like I said the server was so bad I almost got up and got myself more orange juice since my waitress was no where to be found. You would think that the restaurant manager would have talked to me but that didn’t happen. Please stay away from this restaurant until major changes happen. I would have given it a negative number if I could. We are not talking golf scores at best this restaurant is a F- and a U! Btw there’s no buffet here please update your information on Google Maps!

We were staying on property so we ate Thanksgiving Dinner here.
1.The service was exceptional. Maranda took great care of us even finding us a requested dessert!!
2. Our expectations were high given the cost ($75pp) and the fact it was a holiday. While the food they had was good, the selection left something to be desired. If we would have known it was going to be so breakfast heavy, we would have made another choice.
We did speak to the manager and he said as very know nd and accommodating.

We were one of two tables during dinner, that tells a lot right there! The service and food were unacceptable and did not meet reasonable standards. The food quality was poor and the service was extremely slow and inattentive. Despite this, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. Based on the level of service received, this gratuity was not earned and should not have been imposed.

At no point were we informed in advance that an automatic gratuity would be added, nor was there any effort by staff or management to address our concerns during or after the meal.

Will never be back and highly advise you to stay far away. Has only 2 stars for a reason! This entire hotel needs new management. What a waste of a nice looking place that has a good location.

The food was really tasty. We went on Christmas with my family and I was surprised how much I enjoyed everything. My mom loved it so much she wanted me to write this review for her lol. Our server Suada was really sweet and personable too.

Worse food I have ever had for the price. I could’ve gone to a sizzler buffet and got more taste for food. I travel all across the United States and to pay $75 for a Christmas buffet of food that was tasteless and scarce selection, and desserts that were store-bought was ridiculous. Then on top of it, I was charged a $30 service charge for a woman who just brought me tea. The desserts tasted like they were Marie Calendars out of a box. Most disappointing Christmas buffet I’ve ever had. If the price had been $19.99 would expect the type of food we have but to value it $75 a person you expect an incredible selection in season and delicious food. There was no salad bar. There were sliced tomatoes and blueberries and cantaloupe, the dressing was dry in flavorous the carrots were over roasted it was just a disaster.

The Thanksgiving buffet was the biggest disappointment. Per person they charge $97 (including tax and 20% service fee).
They do serve everything mentioned in the menu, BUT the quality of the food is not good at all. Tough fish, bland meats and limited options on sides. The only good thing was the Mac and cheese. Most of the buffet was breakfast food even at dinner time. The dessert bar is best described as hotel breakfast breads (muffins, bread to toast, mini breads glazed that could have come from a box). They even have store-bought yogurts by the fruit. Not recommended or at the least, they need to lower the price by a lot.

Currently staying at this hotel as I type this. The breakfast is not worth the money. We ordered omelettes and they turned out burnt. The grits were lumpy, the eggs taste like powder. On top of that they automatically charge 20% service fee. The servers seem disconnected also.
