I want to talk about Wawa. Wawa has grown very fast in the last few years. It is unique and provides very good customer service. The service is simple and fast, usually first come, first served, and the stores are open 24/7.
Wawa has many competitors such as 7-Eleven, Sunoco, Sheetz, Turkey Hill, and small grocery stores. However, Wawa focuses a lot on customer care. They sometimes offer free coffee and special promotions, and even surprise customers with small gifts on their birthdays.
Another advantage is speed of service. When you order food, it usually takes only a few minutes for your order to be ready. Customers can find almost everything they need in one place, such as coffee, snacks, and gas. The employees are friendly and stores are usually very clean. Prices are also affordable for many people. I believe this advantage is sustainable because Wawa cares about its customers and provides high-quality products and good service.

I don’t expect anything phenomenal from this location, but I didn’t appreciate being charged twice while using the rewards program. The short, front end female lead with the short haircut tried to screw me over & wouldn’t help me redeem a gift card on my app. Always ask for your receipt & review it wherever you shop at. 5 ‘s & beyond to the manager who refunded me in a flash!!!! Our hoagie roll seemed like it was ready for the day old rack, but the staff whipping up food were too nice & accommodating. One rotten apple (staff) don’t spoil the rest of the team….& that front end staff needs to quit wearing the same pair of disposable gloves at the register & outdoor duties, AND food p/u placement. Stop spreading germs bc cold season is approaching!

Definitely a needed Wawa! The gas prices are better then the Sunoco up the street and the same goes for the items inside. At the other gas stations on the street for example a monster will be almost 3 dollars just for 1, as for this Wawa you can get 2 for that price. The food is great and the people working there are friendly. I now go there almost everyday to stop and get a sandwich. Which by the way is freshly made and reasonably priced!

A great gas station in a convenient spot! It’s easy to enter the area and go straight to the Wawa. There are a variety of foods to get ranging from hot sandwiches to milkshakes. The service is always quick and they have some self pay stations available!

We were their victims. They colluded with Matos towing company to scalp No King protestors who may have been WAWA patrons but were also part of the protest held for only an hour and a half. WAWA got more business in that time period from the protesters and yet they called police (or colluded with police) to send out tow trucks full fleet. At least 3 tow trucks were there at one time to pick up vehicles, and wait or loiter around for owners to come back to their car and pay them $180, cash only. There trucks took up more space and time then any car they picked. They pointed to WAWA signs (which actually did not meet pa requirements to post at entrances and exits in large metallic letters about towing) They did not provide police numbers that authorized their towing for each car. One young women was in tears and had to come up with the money. Yes, protesters, greed in America is alive and thriving. ( along with a touch of vengence maybe?) Was it really worth it? How many protestors did you extort?

Um ? Portion control? this really grinds my gears this is a very big salad for a half a oz of dressing. It would be nice if I could have more dressing maybe it would cover up the taste of pesticides because this lettuce is definitely NOT WASHED. On top of that they forgot my croutons. I would sue if I could. Btw there hash browns taste like cardboard

Nice and convenient in West Reading. Very clean, much needed on Penn Ave compared to the one on N. 11th St in Reading. Minutes away from Reading Hospital. Could get busy in the mornings and around lunchtime. Would recommend.

Kind of disappointed this time…. I previously had given this a good review cuz I would come here all the time for sandwiches, drinks, salads etc… So the other day we came here and ordered sandwiches with sides…which I ordered an Italian hoagie and my side was stuffing…the stuffing was delicious!! And my sandwich….well, I wish I could say the same…I wouldn’t call it a sandwich/hoagie…had a tiny bit of meat (*literally one slice of each kind) and it was OD’d with onions!! But the picture should say enough!! LOL Better luck next time I guess!!
