Dont bother scanning your subway club. I wasn’t given that option at first. When i was they don’t accept the nationally recognized coupons, on the app for $2 off any sub.

This Subway has extremely rude staff. Tried to use a coupon from the ads received in the mail. We cut one out and brought it with us but when we were paying and presented the coupon we’re told they only accepted a select few of the coupons from the mailer. No explanation on why or anything. If they didn’t accept any I would understand but to pick and choose which ones they use is ridiculous. They had a laminated sheet with the 4 they allowed customers to us so, after they informed me of this I said I’d use one of those but they wouldn’t allow it because I didn’t have the other one with me. I said that’s fine, I’ll just pay for it without using a coupon and it would be fine. They continued to, essentially, lecture me on why I couldn’t use the coupon, I said again it’s fine, I’ll just pay full price. The continued still to tell me I should have presented the coupon before I ordered and lecture me on how the coupons worked and which ones they accepted. I asked can I just pay for my food so I can eat and they finally left me alone. The rudest experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. Won’t be going back. Also, Google and their website say they are open until 10PM several nights per week but they have a paper on the front door that says the close at 9PM every night

I Give it 20/20. Honestly, I have visited several times and I love it because the food is super fresh. I really like the service I receive every time I go to the restaurant for my lunch — they are very kind. And best of all, it’s a very clean and organized environment, something I haven’t seen in others. I truly recommend it; you can eat with complete confidence because both the freshness of the food and the cleanliness speak for themselves.!

Giving review only because this location doesn’t accept coupons with the promo codes (the ones you get in the mail). Selected my order for 20mins only to find out this Connerton one doesn’t accept these codes online or in store. I understand each franchise is different but I guess I will order elsewhere. This review has nothing to do with the food or service as it isn’t the subject of this post.

Filthy floors and bathrooms. Old tomatoes, lettuce, etc. Attitude and push back from workers when we complained about the food. Wondering what happened, this store used to be excellent in every aspect. Looks like this location changed ownership.

Service was okay. Light on the toppings. I get that margins are slim but there’s a point where going light on the toppings ruins the sandwich. That happened to me here. If the tomatoes were any smaller they’d be cherry tomatoes. The place was clean, though.
