First time visiting this Chipotle and I’m not sure if it was the manager but it seemed like it.. was incredibly unfriendly to me. She got snappy about me coming in a few minutes early for my online order and when I told her, “that was the earliest it would let me choose in the app,” she gave me crazy looked, didn’t say a word, and walked away. A simple, “just give us a few and we’ll have it out for you.” would’ve worked. Felt like a criminal up in there. Wild how people keep their jobs treating customers like that.
I will say though, I then realized that a woman works there that used to work at the altamonte location by my house and she is THE SWEETEST. It really made me feel better to deal with her after the other lady acted like that. I believe the sweet woman’s name is Helen? Something like that. She’s the best!! I will only come back to this Chipotle to see her.

I came in today and got a bowl of the new chicken Al pastor and had Carla the manager help me out with cashing out and she is the best she reminded me to use my rewards which was super helpful and I also heard her call out to subordinate staff to change their gloves and wash their hands during “happy hour” she called it ? Idk the correct terminology but I do know she’s leading her staff in the right direction and I love coming to this location because of it!!!

I ordered a Chicken Bowl with brown rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, fajita veggies, cheese, and romaine lettuce. The bowl had a very generous portion of food, perfect for satisfying one’s hunger. The ingredients were fresh and well-combined, creating a delicious and balanced flavor.
The only thing I would have loved was for the food to arrive hotter. Other than that, the experience was very positive. I would definitely order again!

The food was awful. It honestly felt like I was eating leftovers. Almost all of the food containers on the serving line were empty, and the ones that weren’t were scraped down to the bottom. The food was overcooked, especially the beans. The portion they put in my bowl was extremely small. Never in all the times I’ve visited Chipotle have I eaten with such disappointment.
Even though there were only two people in line, it took more than 15 minutes to place my order. Of the three employees working, one of them kept walking around and doing nothing, while the two girls were practically doing everything — and when I say everything, I mean the little that was actually getting done.
Overall, the place looked bad. The tables were not clean, even though it was practically empty. The food was in very poor condition — and by “food,” I mean the very little that was actually available. Almost all of the serving containers were empty, and the few that had anything left only had small amounts of overcooked food sitting at the bottom. It truly felt like I was being served scraps. I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for a while, and there is one employee, that is slightly older, has glasses, freckles, and is a fellow POC, who is consistently rude every single time I’m here. Any time I ask for a side of dressing (which is a normal, free item) she acts irritated, rolls her eyes, or hands it to me without saying a word or even looking at me. It’s not a one-time thing. It happens every time she’s working.
My daughter asked nicely for an extra sauce once and this employee literally rolled her eyes at her before grabbing it. It’s just unnecessary attitude for no reason. I’m not asking for anything crazy just what’s already on the menu.
She’s rude, passive-aggressive, and clearly does not want to interact with customers. It gets to the point where seeing her behind the counter instantly kills the whole experience. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m bothering someone for ordering food I’m paying for.
Management needs to deal with this, because one person shouldn’t be allowed to treat customers like that and drive people away from the location. She ruins your day.

Finally a chipotle that understands portions to price paid ratios. I have zero complaints on my bowl and was well worth the money paid this time. I’ve literally tried multiple chipotles and they always skimp you if you do the mobile pick up orders. But I can say I am very please by this location. I will be returning soon.

Ordered food for me and my pregnant wife Sunday 12-14-25 about 3 hours before closing so there was no excuse. Ordered the steak and got maybe 4 little pieces. Chips were stale queso was one big ball and cold. Best thing was the salsa on the side I would give 0 stars if I could.

Wow ! Excelent service from part of the team. I’ve there today around of 11:37 Am and the Woman that serve me at food services, she was so amazing. Service was so great, amazing smile and costumer service. It was my first time on this store and I’ll come back all the time to this store. I come to this Chipotle often as it’s only 2 miles from my house. Almost every time I come in, they are out of something… Protein, rice, etc. Tonight I came in again and was told it would be 15 minutes before they had any rice available. I left and I won’t be coming back. It’s ridiculous that this location is constantly out of ingredients and there’s a line of customers having to wait. This location was great when they first opened, but it’s steadily gone downhill.
