My boyfriend and I decided to stop in here for lunch. The owner was so incredibly friendly. I ordered a vegetarian sub, and without asking him too, he cooked my food away from the meat in the kitchen. Jimmy said he does this for anyone who orders vegetarian. It was honestly the most delicious vegetarian sub I’ve ever eaten. It was such a nice restaurant, and I cannot wait to go back. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I had philly steak with cheese, and peppers , and cheese sticks. The food was delicious.

Old school diner with terrific food and great tasting sodas… I don’t know what it is about the sodas but they taste so much better than any other fountain drinks you’d normally get. Fries are crispy and tasty. I had a steak and onion sandwich and my guest had chicken tenders.. Omg, both were so good. It’s great to have these small private restaurants with owners who love to feed you! Drop in and support a great local joint!

Jimmy, let me start off by saying your hospitality and kindness stood out the moment we walked into the door!
My husband, daughter & I were in the area and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat (to-go) and saw awesome reviews for this restaurant! We took the chance and boy did it pay off! When waiting for our order to be made (which didn’t take long at all) we enjoyed the atmosphere which consisted of super cool Coca Cola antiques.
My husband got the steak & cheese with onion sandwich and was offered red sauce (which he was pleasantly surprised by) and he thoroughly enjoyed it and even wished he had gotten another! I got chicken wings with onions rings and finished it completely. My daughter got the kids meal (I tried the fries & tenders – Yum!) and he was very sweet to her. We are so excited we found a new spot! Keep doin’ what you’re doing! We will be back 🙂

Best place in Durand to eat, whether you order out, doordash delivery or eat in. I prefer to eat in, the owner is a great guy and really nice. He takes care of you like you’re family. 10/10

Owner is very friendly and personable. Food is always ready very fast & it took me an hr to finally be able to sit down to eat my food. I was shocked the Philly was still hot & onion rings crispy but not overcooked at all!!

Me and my coworker stopped for lunch both got the Philly cheese the owner was super friendly great atmosphere quick service the food was amazing consistent cooked meat and the vegetables were fresh and cooked great also there was a little bit of everything in each bit wasnt pushed to one side fries were crispy and salt at the table if u want some would highly recommend coming here for there Philly cheese steak not to mention for both of us it only came out to 14$ total for both meals which u dont get something that good for cheap anymore
