This is a wonderful place for a culinary experience. We were greeted cheerily and showed to an intimate table.
The atmosphere immediately was suggestive of an engrossing experience. We were not about to be disappointed!
The waiter arranged for our meals to be shared which made our lunch feel like a degustation.
The wine was a local Albana grape, a white wine which had a dry crisp finish.
We had the pork belly starter followed by a mushroom risotto with hazelnut nuts, then with Pappardelle pasta made in the kitchen served with fresh truffles (our waiter suggested pairing with Rose) and finally freshly caught fish of the day straight from the Adriatic. Everything was delicious.
Clarice deserves its high rating and we strongly recommend it.

Best restaurant of our entire trip.
My wife and I spent two weeks in five towns of Amelia Romana, and Clarice was by far the best restaurant. The owners are a delight, the food is sublime, you don’t feel rushed, and the room is spacious and warm. You need a reservation in advance.

The restaurant in the center of Ravenna pleasantly surprises with its spaciousness – a rarity in Italy, where tables are usually placed much closer together. Here, several meters separate guests, creating a sense of privacy and comfort. The cuisine meets high standards, and the service is attentive and professional. The wine list is not yet extensive for a restaurant of this level, but the thoughtful sommelier explained that the establishment recently opened and is actively expanding its selection. Overall, an excellent place for a gastronomic experience in an elegant atmosphere
