The service was excellent, but the food was even better… we ordered a couple of different things to try, and they did not disappoint. The Michelada was one of the best I’ve had. I would 100% recommend this restaurant.

The cutest breakfast place ever! It’s simple, rustic, and the food was amazing! I had the steak chilaquiles red sauce and it was yummy!! You have to drive on a dirt road to get there! It may seem like you’re lost, but don’t worry, just follow Google maps and it’ll be fine. They ONLY take CASH so don’t forget your money:)

I came for the first time in 2022 to support this local restaurant. I was blow away by how delicious everything was and came back in July of 2023 to find I had to wait 45 minutes cause this place gained more followers….and deservingly so.
This place is run by Husband (the cook) and wife that own the house next door….owners of the land. There breakfast/food is “Cuidas de México” style.
It’s a bit out of the way but I never mind the drive. It’s worth it and can’t wait to come back.

Our first time eating here and let me just say, WOW! The owners/cooks Mario and his wife know exactly how to satisfy the tummy with their delicious food. Their hospitality is beyond comparison. Mario chatted with us letting us know how they prepare dishes and support other small businesses by buying fresh fruit & produce from the local farmers. The place is beautifully decorated with love of vintage and repurposed items. I was in photo heaven! They don’t take credit cards so bring plenty of money because the atmosphere/food/drinks will keep you there til close @ 3pm. Thank You for everything!

Delicious authentic Baja breakfast. I had the chilequiles rojo with steak and eggs. My husband had the chicharones verde. We shared plates and loved every bite. The service was friendly, they speak english which helped me;) It is also dog friendly, as it is out doors. We also order the ribs ro take home for later.

Don’t get discouraged in getting here, it’s SO WORTH IT! Such a great place! Great food, great people, great vibe. Road isn’t paved the second half way there, but that adds to the atmosphere of having a rural restaurant experience.

Hidden gem in the rural roads of Cantamar. Chef Chris Romero does a fantastic job of giving simple, traditional and authentic Mexican dishes a succulent flavor with an Instagramable presentation (i.e., picture worthy). Really pleased with my experience and the staff is super friendly.

PS – they do a fantastic job in applying all safety measurement due to the current pandemic situation.

Great little restaurant. Tucked back off the beaten path, but really good food, very reasonably priced, owners are really nice. Tried it yesterday & my daughter insisted we go back today.

Authentic breakfast in a rural rancho setting. The family who runs it is very friendly and the food is superb. Once you try the coffee and cinnamon chips, you’ll be hooked.
