Every person, every time!
3 folks behind the counter and only one other customer in sight, and NONE of the representatives said a single word. Even after standing at the front of the store for 2 minutes none of them said a peep (maybe too involved with the person 2 of the 3 were chatting with). They had a chance to recover, and Chose not to, as I walked out. Not a word.
A simple greeting is not only hospitable, it’s also a retail theft deterrent. Do better

Love this little family owned spot! Customer service is always great, prices are okay, but they do a discount on wine on Thursday’s if you tell them its Thursday when checking out which is a bonus. Not a huge store but definitely a fair sized with a good selection.

Theses folks are the real deal; friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Everytime I stop in or order over the phone they exceed expectations. They told me my order would take 30 minutes, it was at my doorstep in under 15 and at $2 delivery charge, that is quality service. I would vote 6 stars if I could.

I want to start by sharing, Jan and Shelley are kind-spirited, amazing women. If it weren’t for them, I may not have kept as cool as I would’ve liked during my experience here.
Upon making a decision to purchase a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue, which was marked with a sticker directly on the bottle for $225, Shelley had kindly helped get the bottle from the case, and offered to cash me out. As the barcode would not scan, Shelley asked if it would be okay to manually enter the sticker price to ring me out.Before she could do so, a middle aged, unpleasant man ran over to the register to quickly scrape off the price sticker, while stating the bottle was $255. As I asked why he would do this, another elderly man behind the counter yelled “its a small business” and proceeded by making other rude illegible comments.
Jan must’ve seen what was happening, and came to assist Shelley with gift wrapping as they cashed me out. Both were genuinely kind women and remained in the holiday spirit.
Small business or corporation, you should honor marked pricing on your inventory, and treat customers with a little respect and understanding.
I hope these men treat these two lovely women better than they treat their customers.

They were terrific to work with for a large order. Because my daughter was getting married out of town I was making up welcome bags and wanted to put wine in each bag. Spoke with the manager and he was terrific with helping me choose and giving me a large quantity discount. Thank you very much. My business will continue to go to the Personal Wine Cellar

They helped me pick, order, and complete my request over the phone, and delivery for $2 (incredible); I’m glad their personal touch and customer service hasn’t changed; their quality of service and care, strong as ever. When you just gotta do it, and see what happens later, staff was super helpful, allowed me to stay at the front of store , which I think they would prefer anyway, I was able to check out fast with my desired product which was nice.
