I ordered delivery set to deliver at a set time. I didn’t get it until maybe two hours later, and that was only when I called and asked why I didn’t get my order. The person who answered told me that it was delivered, but when I checked again it was nowhere to be found. And when I called back, I told them that I wanted my order or I wanted a refund. When it finally arrived, I took one bite and it tasted disgusting, like something had been put in it. I opened the sandwich and saw little brown things in it with some kind of juice around them. I had ordered from JJs the past few weeks, and this was the only time I had an issue with the delivery and service.

I placed a delivery order for Jimmy John’s today for my lunch at work. As I placed the order I realized I forgot to add the tip so I was gonna tip with cash. When the driver came he aggressively placed the order at the front desk before I could tip. He then proceeded to be passive aggressive on my bag with a little note he left. Very disappointed.

Right now JJ is likely my favorite sub place. Nearly always get a 14 and have always been happy with it. Stopped at this one first time as we’re in the area and had a first time experience. We ordered two #14 combos and both had a lot of gristle in the roast beef. My wife actually took her toasted beef out and you could see it speckled in chunks throughout. They were also restocking chips and kicked the boxes back and forth throwing them to side when done and to the side was next to our table-a touch unsettling. Love JJ but will not come back to this one

I had ordered a delivery and after an hour of waiting for it, I called to see what was going on. I was told that they were busy and only had one driver which is understandable. I told them that I lived less than five minutes away from the location and there was no reason it should take over an hour. The person on the phone was rude and not accommodating. It was only after I had called that the food was delivered in five minutes. Was it or coincidence? Probably not. The sandwich I ordered was sloppy and thrown around, the drink was warm with no ice.

I ordered dinner for my family and I after visiting a spa. I called at 4:50pm and placed a over 50$ order. I told the young lady on the phone that I know it’s different but I am in the parking lot of Just for me Spa. I am in a white Chevy Trax. I have my car on and I would be watching for the driver. I waited for over 25 minutes. Then called again fully understanding that things happen. sometimes we all get stuck at lights. I stated that I wanted to make sure there was no confusion considering I’m in my car. She did not apologize nor say much at all besides rudely telling me they only have one driver on. I said okay, I then waited another 45 minutes only for the spa I had been at to track my number down and call to ask if I got Jimmy John’s.
What in the world! Why couldn’t the In shop people communicate with delivery better! The employee could have been more professional and explain more kinder, The food took over an hour, and it didn’t even get delivered to me! I was late for everything else in my evening. Jimmy John’s freaky fast is supposed to be a convenience.

Do better, Be better. The young lady should be talked to. Also why didn’t the driver just call me? Super simple. I have delivered to many parking lots. I have tracked down people in a collage classroom. Why one driver during dinner rush hours?

Jimmy Johns is always so efficient and consistent. They make high quality sandwiches, quickly and for a decent price. I am never disappointed when I visit a Jimmy John’s location and this is not exception. I always get the #9-Italian Night Club and it is always delicious!! There is a free parking lot which normally has plenty of spots available. There are clean bathrooms and are usually kept up.

Second day in a row I have ordered ONE sandwich and both days took over an hour to deliver 10 min. I would have went myself if I wasn’t pregnant and sick. I am really a patient person and understand things get busy but seriously over an hour to get a sandwich is getting ridiculous and I tip good. Will not be ordering from here again.

Food is good. I’ve always ordered from and I tip decent! Delivery driver showed up, drove past me in a hurry, looked in window while I’m behind them yelling to get their attention. She sat my food on the bench outside and rushed off. I text her letting her know and she just replied “I sat it on the bench”. Can’t believe I tipped her. Lost me as a customer. I’ll definitely let my coworkers know to try another restaurant for better service
