The good news and the bad news about Bonita Springs. Best new restaurant first a good news, We have been there a number of times since opening. My wife and I find the staff amazing, enjoyable and engaging. The food is absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients take care given to each dish to come out. Perfect is a tribute to the culinary staff. The atmosphere is very conducive to striking up. Great conversations with total strangers and beginning new friendships by merely going out to dinner now the bad news when this place is a must go to on everyone’s list in southwest Florida getting in here is going to be next to impossible, but we will try it every time!

Great old town Bonita location. Inside and outside seating. Nice outdoors for families and dogs aloud. Plan to sit for a long time, we watched several tables before we sat, they had wait for a while for any food , for one 12″ pizza, it took an hour and we had them box it up bc that was all we ordered, outside of hummus. We had high hopes but it just doesn’t seem they are ready for prime time. Table turn over is longer than expected. The 2 beers, hummus and one pizza –bill was $80. They do NOT take American Express.

What a phenomenal dining experience!! Small menu but packed with amazing QUALITY Mediterranean Cuisine.
Starting with the Fattoush Salad simply dressed, apricots, hazelnut dukkah, sliced green apples, shaved sheep milk cheese.
Fall & Fine silky gorgonzola pizza with brisket bacon, sliced pears topped with arugula and a balsamic drizzle. The dough was also phenomenal light, crispy & airy. I must say probably one of the top three Pizza’s i’ve ever HAD!!
Finishing with the Pistachio Gelato, two scoops topped with baklava crisp & Dubai Chocolate. Unbelievably Delicious
Stan our server was professional, cool & accommodating….Dining room was comfortable, cool vibe and great design. A huge patio for dining or large gathering & entertainment. My friend & I are foodies as we both high fived✋ how good it really was!!!
Can’t wait till our next VISIT!!

Found out about Canary Club from our favorite restaurant “The Bohemian”. We were told it was the sister restaurant with a casual different vibe. DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Waitress was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Hummus was as good as it gets to start. Cauliflower was a good change of pace from all the strong flavors. Pizzas are so unique it is hard to call them pizza but the strong flavor with quality dough was a match in heaven. 10/10 and will be back frequently

Bartender Cooper was incredibly knowledgeable and such a vibe. Smart choice putting him on the bar and interacting with guests looking for the “bar” like feel. Manager Jojo was great as well – friendly, welcoming, and helpful to the staff.
We started with the “Chai-Lit-Nights” their spin on an espresso martini which is the perfect balance of strong and sweet. The “Fig-Ment of Fall” is their Fall Old Fashion that’s again made just right with a balance of strong and a little sweet. 10/10 cocktails.
Now onto the Lebanese inspired food! The “Tehina Hummus” is a speciality dish that has a lot of heart and love into it. 3 day process for both the beans then of course a labor of love for the sourdough pita served with it. 11 out of 10 – highly recommend! For the pizza we went traditional and safe by ordering the Pepperoni… holy smokes… there is a reason it’s rated the best pizza in the area! Can’t wait to come back and try some of the other dishes.

I have been searching for pizza with good crust as the basis for four years here in Naples and Bonita Springs. This pizza crust is like New York pizza on a higher scale. The sourdough crust is perfectly charred on the bottom with a Wonderful fluffy cornacia! The toppings are appropriately apportioned With interesting flavors. I highly recommend this pizza but selfishly want to Keep it a secret so I can be sure to get service.

1st visit around 4:30 PM on a Friday. Excellent sourdough peperoni pizza. Fresh drinks and mixologist had exceptional service. Highly recommended. Will return to experiment with the menu. Been back a few times since my original review. This restaurant is a gem. The outdoor seating with these fall evenings is amazing.

We had a great meal here. We were nervous because we have kids and didn’t see too many kid friendly options, but when we asked for a plain pizza for them they were super accommodating and made them a plain pizza. My picky eater kid said it was the best they had.
My wife and shared a pizza, had some hummus and everything was delicious. Drinks were top notch too.
Staff was friendly and helpful. If you are in the area, it’s a great meal and atmosphere. Dogs were allowed in their outside area and they had a singer outside. So they had a little bit for everyone.
