Wonderful friendly family environment!
Very Clean environment! I had visited many other ice cream Michoacana’s this one takes my top 1!
Definitely a place to stop for a snack, lunch, desserts to choose from and tasty colorful desserts!

10/10 service is always good and welcoming. I decided to try 3 new items since I usually stick to the same items. The maruchan preparada with hot Cheetos was a hit, so flavorful especially when mixing the noodles with the corn and chips, even the broth was great. The torta was delicious had ham, cheese, jalapeños onions tomatoes lettuce mayo and had a chipotle sauce that tied all the flavors together, topped with a sweet pineapple. The dessert I chose was Dubai chocolate crepe and it was phenomenal. So sweet and the pistachios were the perfect soft salty/nutty combination!

I love this establishments products i came here today to treat my mom and sister and neice and enjoy ice cream with them my favorite paleta is the “Chomoy” flavor once i finished paying and sat down my popsicle was pretty melted i couldn’t even take it out the plastic without the stick coming on i went to try and exchange it for a less melted one and they gave me a very difficult time for that they said they can’t exchange because i already took it out the plastic but i argued i didn’t and i didn’t eat it so why not and then my mother came up to help with my argument they worker had such a problem with just exchanging it. then another worker exchanged it no problem. i feel if you do no speak spanish they don’t treat you the same like they have something against you which i find unfair.

The place is so well kept and clean. The owners were welcoming and even though we reached late, they had no problems keeping the place open past their closing time and made our orders with great patience. Our orders were perfect and so very tasty.

So many flavors and items to choose from, a bit overwhelming. Only recommendation is to list the prices where the items are. Ice cream was good.

Service was amazing, food was amazing, the place itself was super clean. This is probably one of the best Michoacanas I’ve ever been to. I also like their pricing for their items, I feel like I got my moneys worth for both items. I recommend the fresas con crema(strawberries and cream) and the mangonada. You get so many strawberries and the cream is super good and the mangonada has the best chamoy to mango ratio. Definitely will go back!

I got the fresas con crema, this is a small for $8. The cream tastes great, it’s not thick if you like thick crema, and it’s the perfect sweetness. I only gave 4 stars because they add very little strawberries and the spoon is so small :/ I still plan to go back and try more. I also showed what’s left over after you eat the strawberries with the crema.

As delicious as some of the things are here, the people who work here are rude. I understand that I am a black woman, but I am trying to support this small business as well as the culture. Every time I go in, they never want to serve me, and its like they are upset that I can speak Spanish. I wanted walking nachos and they made me ask for each ingredient instead of telling me what they had to put on top and also said they didn’t toppings that they did have. The menu board has little to no details about toppings or ingredients for some of the snacks they make, so I needed help with the order and they weren’t helpful at all. Not everyone speaks Spanish but we are still trying to support you…but only if yall want our business.

Stop by today as it seem busy out side, did not disappoint. Had a variety of paletas and ice cream. Different flavors not seen before- pleasant surprise. They also had delicious corn on the cup and some delicious gomitas with chamoy!

Clean atmosphere, very friendly owners, great customer service experience. Everyone complains about the prices, but they are pretty good for what your receiving. I did get the Bionico, it’s true it’s not thick as most places have it, but it was soooooo good!
