The staff is overall really nice but every time I go they mess up my food order in some way. I ordered the loaded hash browns which is supposed to have crumbled bacon and there was no bacon. It was just cheesy hash browns. Kinda waste of money. I ordered the chipotle wake up wrap which obviously is supposed to have chipotle sauce and there was none on it. I just think it’s an overall lazy location. I would just drive the extra few minutes to Barrington. They probably have better service

They have a single bumbling teenager in there who takes 10 minutes to make a single coffee until there is a line of cars around the block. BE BETTER!!!!!!

This location makes the best iced coffee drinks in all the land! No, but seriously I’ve been to six other locations nearby and this one makes the best iced coffee drinks. All the other locations seem to skimp on the add-ons, this one doesn’t.

please go somewhere else, manager is very very rude. he/she (not sure of the pronouns) but it was very rude. the manager mentioned that our bagel could not be remade. and that he/she would have to charge us again for the bagel to be remade. the bagel was poorly made and also had a hair in it. seriously a hair.. drive an extra mile but do not go to this location at all cost. for the sake of sanitation and safety guidelines i would suggest you give your money to some other location.

Order a donut and I swear the girl just threw it in the bag on top of all of the napkins and making a mess in the entire thing.. it’s not that hard to grab the donut ant attempt to place it nicely to at least not make it so messy.

The employees at this location work very hard, and try their best to make everything run as smoothly as possible. I know at times there is typically only one or two people working, and you can tell that they are working with what they have. My coffee always comes out great and the employees are always kind.

If I could leave 0 stars I would have. Whatever you do, absolutely AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! I went through the drive thru this past Saturday (around 6 p.m) to order a medium iced latte, easy ice. They tried to give me half a drink! They literally filled a medium cup up halfway and told me it was because I asked for easy ice…. little do they know I go to Dunkin every day, sometimes multiple times a day, multiple different locations, so I know this isn’t a corporate issue or “protocol”. When I asked him to fill my drink up, top it off with almond milk, he refused. After speaking with his manager who was even more rude than he was, she tried telling me the same thing and started yelling at me over the phone.. through the drive thru! Instead of simply pouring a few more OUNCES of MILK, they decided to be rude and refuse to rectify the situation. Apparently they think its better for them to lose the business, lose money, and lose a customer rather than make things right. I ended up asking for my money back. Not only did they lose a customer and lose our business, but they wasted 2 drinks! The situation could have easily been resolved. I ended driving a few miles down the road to the Barrington location and ordered the same exact drink without ANY issues. I even tipped the lady because she was so nice, I recommend going there instead. How funny is that? This location won’t survive much longer with the way they’re running the business

Have real problems getting an order correct. This location is STILL drive up only, so shopping your options is out. At least one or two employees either have a short fuse, or the fast pace does not fit their personality. However, there are at least a couple employees who go out of their way to get everything straight. All in all, the experience could be better, but not bad enough to avoid this site. Really hope they improve, so they can stay in business.

This place probably deserves a one star but it was almost so comical that I decided to give it three out of good spirit.
First of all, when we were ordering in the drive thru, he kept trying to end our order and just told us to go to the next window.
He was then swearing at the cash register.
The coffees we received had zero flavoring in it, the donuts were melted, and the grilled cheese had a hair in it. Plus we waiting about 20 minutes for the food. Then we received a free melted donut for our troubles. The food was terrible as you can see, but it was quite the experience.

Only open for drive thru which in my opinion why even have a storefront. Oh and don’t bother trying to walk up they will turn you away. Go to the dunkin farther up the road by thortons or say screw it and hit Starbucks. Waste of time and they never have fresh donuts because they don’t throw their old ones out at end of day. Can’t wait for something worthy to take this space.
