I am a uber driver I have been waiting over here from last 20 mins order was still not ready employees are on their phones they don’t even try to bother that order is getting late so for the customers I really suggest you don’t even ever order pizza from here your pizza will not be dilivered on time

Love Papa John’s for the food, but this particular restaurant is ran terribly. Once I had to go down there myself to get a $26 refund on a pie that they never delivered and tried to tell me I ordered takeout which was a blatant lie. You can’t get ahold of the manager by phone, you can hardly get someone to pick up in general and whoever the lady is they got working over the phone doesn’t seem to be too bright. Only with a seldom few of the specials are legit good deals. I just ordered something and they got my 2 liter wrong, so when I tried to tell the delivery girl she didn’t speak a word of English. Very disappointed in the work ethic of the people that are employed there.

Quite unethical and rude experience at this location.
I ordered via the Papa Dough Rewards, but when I came to pick up my pizza, the pizza was not made, and the order receipt was in the garbage. They said I didn’t pay and so they did not make the pizza, and threw the order receipt back into the garbage. I tried to explain how Papa Dough Rewards works, and that if I pay using Papa Dough Rewards, it will show on the receipt label that I paid “Cash $0.00”. They said no, that’s not how it works. It’s quite unfortunate that they didn’t know how their own app works.
They then proceeded to say “We don’t care about you.” That was quite strange and I simply left.
Overall, I love Papa John’s pizza, but this location, particularly the manager NJ and the employees…they can be quite rude and unethical. This is actually the second time they’ve simply cancelled and not made my order because I used Papa Dough Rewards to make the order.
Attached is a picture of the gentlemen who were quite rude and unhelpful.

I received a cold pizza. Then they guy couldn’t find my order. He handed me the food and didn’t ask for a payment. I let him know I didn’t pay and he said nothing at all. Rung me up and I told him Thank you. That was my first time ordering from Popa John’s in California. I ate it onc3 before about 10 years ago in Arizona and it taste good.

I called the store because my son found a piece of hair in the slice of pizza he was eating. I called the store to inform them hair was found in a slice of pizza. The gentleman pretended like he couldn’t understand me saying there was hair in the pizza. He understood everything I said up until that point. He put me on hold without prompting and did not come back to the phone. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Clearly someone is not wearing a hair net. I will escalate this issue further since he refused to resolve my issue.
