first off, the kid working the drive thru line was more than unpleasant, and his sandwich making skills will show you just how rude he was. this punk thought he was cute because i refused to pay 2$ for shredded cheese, so he dumped a whole bottle of mustard on my sandwich. i get home open the sandwich and wow. pics will say it all. i call back up there and the kid says well you have to bring the sandwich back in order for him to validate my claim. before i waste any more money or time, i just will leave this pic and take my business elsewhere. can’t make a sandwich but wants to make 20+ an hour smh.

Oh. My. Goodness. Gracious. I came to check out the amazing Tommy I’ve been hearing about and he did not disappoint. The way he put the ingredients on my sandwich right when I asked was a work of art. This sandwich he made me can only be compared to the legendary sandwich from Teen Titans Go!

Terrible service.
Got a Subway coupon sheet in my mailbox, went to the store looking for the footlong BMT.
The lady started by saying the coupon wouldn’t work for that (something the coupon itself doesn’t mention), then, I changed to ‘build-your-own’ Chicken, and I decided the chicken would be in just a half of it.
The lady again told the coupon wouldn’t work because it’s a half veggie now
If it’s build-your-own, I should be supposed to build my own, right?
I just left the store looking elsewhere… What a bad joke, this lady will for sure stay with these jobs forever.

Wouldn’t accept Subway’s own coupons, yet the other Oswego location and Montgomery one will. Skip out on giving this one your business. Plenty of other options in the area.

I am very upset about this situation that just happened. I asked this nice male employee if I could use 2 coupons in one transaction and he told me yes so I ordered 2 sandwiches so I could one coupon for the $6.99 and I used other coupon that was “get a free cookie with a purchase of a foot long”. My brother who handed the coupons to the girl that was charging us for my order told me I couldn’t use 2 coupons in one transaction when I told her that the guy told me I could so she asked him if they could and the guy told her yes so she did the transaction. When I was done paying for my order and she gave me my sandwiches, tell me why she told me that I can’t use 2 coupons in one transaction ever again. I was so confused when the guy legit told her yes but she still wants to pick an argument with me about it.
