Trying to order online at table is a fiasco. Manager Sam it had recently changed. Well it sucks. 2×2” table instructions is too small to read. Too complex and not user friendly unless maybe you use it once a week. Makes me want to go elsewhere. I use a rollator, so it is a great idea not having to stand in line, but always frustrates me. FIX IT PLEASE. Here is miniature table sign.

I have tried to give this location so many opportunities over the years. I don’t know what’s going on, but the last year and a half it has dropped so much in service and food quality. Ingredients are missing from my order, they’ll forget the pickle, and the food is half assembled when I receive it. I have talked to the manager each time and they were nice during the exchange, but I’ve seen no improvement despite my critiques and suggestions for improvement. I, again, recommend a refresh training on what goes into the food items to help with quality control. I was disappointed that my Caesar wrap was all over the box and had to be reassembled… and further disappointed when I discovered they didn’t put the Caesar dressing on it either and I was missing paprika on my potato salad… and my pickle. However, the buffalo chicken spud was good.

OK so today you know I am back for my salads. so today when I went to McAllister‘s, I was looking at the menu and they have this new item. OK it’s new to me because I haven’t seen it called Buffalo. It’s a buffalo chicken salad so I decided to try it. I added a couple of things like onions, bell peppers are the little green peppers or whatever and some olives and all of that with it now, when I first tasted orbit into it the buffalo sauce dressing had a little kick to it. But it was actually really good. I could not finish it. now whatever extras I added hat something sweet to it cause they wanted to peppers and they gave it a even better kick. I had only one pack of the dressing.

McAlister’s is definitely a great place to get lunch. They have good food and a great atmosphere. We had a work lunch here and were able to easily find seating for 10. They had decorated for Christmas and it was very well done.

New store and staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is excellent and in line with every other McAlisters I have eaten at. Mac and cheese was a little soupy, but still tasty. Will definitely be back!

She is an outstanding manager, always ensuring that customers feel welcome and taken care of. Her friendly attitude, efficiency, and attention to detail truly make a difference in the overall dining experience.

The food here is always fresh and delicious. The McAlister’s Club is a personal favorite, packed with flavor and served with perfectly crisp chips or a side of your choice. The spuds are massive and loaded with toppings, making them a meal on their own. And of course, you can’t visit without getting their famous sweet tea—it’s the best!
Service:
Service at this location is top-notch, thanks in large part to Emma. She goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy, making sure orders are right and that the atmosphere stays welcoming. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs.
