The staff was very helpful, there is a large menu with lots of delicious options, and the restaurant was clean. We were treated kindly as well. I recommend this place if you are in the area.
First off, I just wanted to say I historically dislike pickles – borderline hate them. Despite this, I at least try sandwiches the way the house prepares them before making any of my own modifications. Somehow your falafel wrap (which obviously has pickle on it) is perfect just the way it is and is one of only a couple sandwiches that I have ever found that I prefer with pickle.
She always loves the platters.
Absolutely marvelous restaurant. It’s our favorite place in Saugatuck to eat, in fact. How it never seems to be busier blows my mind. My only knock on it is that I wish you were open year round!!!
The Vegan Wrap (basically a falafel wrap) was excellent. We eat a lot of falafel and this was pretty good stuff. The kids got a Chicken Ontario Panini, and Lobster Roll. The panini was, “amazing”, and my other child enjoyed his lobster roll. The only thing I didn’t care for was they had bottle water and no regular free option. Not a fan when places that do that.
We both got paninis and our friends go a pizza and a panini. The paninis were not over cooked so they were nice and crispy and they have a lot of varieties to pick from. We had the Havana Night and the Albacore. The pizza had pepperoni, onion, banana pepper with red sauce and cheese. It was overall a really nice experience. Expect to pay about $30 for two people and drinks.
It was one of the only places open on a Monday during lunch that had a good variety.
If you’re looking for a quick bite, I would definitely suggest this place.
