If you are looking for tasteful, delicious Mexican food this is your go-to stop. After being at Chimney Rock and hiking my and the family got hungry. We decided to give this small family owned business an opportunity. I was not disappointed at all everything that we got was flavorful. We got a Gordita de pastor, burrito of pastor and beef. The agua fresca was did not disappoint and for dessert we had their homemade churros. There is a small seating area where to can enjoy your food. Loved the taco truck.

I moved from California to NC three years ago and am originally from Mexico. This is the closest food I’ve eaten in the state that reminds me of home. Great, quick, friendly service and delicious food. We stopped on a whim after a hike and we are already planning to return if we are ever in the area.
Would highly recommend their pastor burrito, quesadillas, and gorditas. Their salsas are also delicious!

This place could easily be 6 stars. After a farm tour at Ellaberry and a hike up Bearwallow, we found the holy grail of Mexican food trucks. Everything is prepared fresh and perfectly cooked. The slow cooked carnitas were juicy and flavorful. The shrimp tacos were my favorite, I could eat those 3x a day. Flautas were crispy and delicious. Pineapple jarritos and churros for the ride home. Perfect meal.
