My family ordered the two pizza, two side special today. Upon receiving it we realized our cinnamon sticks didn’t come with the frosting and our jalapeño sticks were only cheese, and no ranch. (Apparently you need to ask for that now, so our mistake on that part, I guess.) We went back to try to fix this because they have been so good about fixing their mistakes in the past, only to be met with, “we can take your sticks from you and go in the back and put jalapeños on the top of them, but we will not remake your order.” I tried to tell them that does not fix the order because there’s still no cream cheese or jalapeños inside, just some thrown on top. That was met with ignorance and a, “sorry, we won’t do anything else.” Main Street Pizza used to be a household staple for us, and even though they took away just about every menu favourite for us, we still wanted to give them a try. Unless this is resolvable unfortunately we will not be coming back after this. Truly disappointing service.

Very good pizza, the red sauce is maybe a little spicier than they use at Cavalier, the dough a little less puffy – I think both options are good – but this is a take-out only place, just a counter, no seating. I’d definitely go back to try more options, but I think I might prefer Cavalier over this one. It’s nice that it’s within walking distance of the house.

I think that all of their employees are mentally handicapped. They took 25 mins on the phone to take an order of 4 pizzas. The delivery driver took an hour to drive 4 miles, then claimed she couldn’t find the address. Instead of calling our cell she drove back to the store and waited for us to call. Ridiculously poor service and mental aptitude all around, would not recommend.

Very disappointed. Pineapple does not come on the combo pizza. We get home no sauce for the breadsticks had to go back because I like the ranch and marinara and the girl was rude on the phone when I called and luckily I inspected our pizza because there were some pineapple on it my husband is highly allergic. There went our dinner he couldn’t eat because of that and pointless to call and complain when it’s a bunch of kids that don’t care I would rate a 0 for tonight’s escapade if I could.

I’ve had pizza from here several times, and it’s been great pizza every time… so far! So long as proximity, time, and budget allow, I feel inclined to continue testing this at great lengths in the future. I’d definitely choose Main Street Pizza over the alternative local pizza joint, or perhaps any alternative pizza joint for that matter.

Ordered pizza, bread stick and cheese stick, cheese sticks and bread sticks okay but lacking on cheese, pizza was okay but very thin and overcooked, felt like there was not enough dough, also ordered 6 extra ranch and was given only the six, when asked about the sauces the order came with they refused to give them to me unless i paid one dollar per sauce, i mean yes il pay for sauce but one dollar per. nope! Never again!

The pizza is good but they need to hire workers with actual customer service skills. Ordered a pizza and had two girl workers playing a joke on me. Every time I would speak the girl would say, “Hello?” Like she couldn’t hear me then I’d hear her and some other girl laughing. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. When i said I’m going to report this to the manager she said, “sorry your breaking up” then hung up on me. I called back and she answered just laughing on the phone then hung up again. Give your hard earned money to a business that deserves it.

This pizza changed the course of my life. Where once I was lost and alone, now I can believe in a better future. My husband and I ordered a large pizza. Nothing too fancy. Not too presumptuous.
