Absolutely the worst mexican restaurant i have eaten at in louisiana. I ordered the chili relleno. The waitress asked if I wanted cheese sauce, I replied no, when my food came out it had cheese sauce on top of the peppers. My chili relleno pepper was also very tough and the ground beef inside was still very cold. I also want to add that the booth we were seated at the window seal was rotted out in few places with holes. I will never go back, if zero stars was an option that would be my choice

Over the last 5 years I’ve had the opportunity to visit Allen Parrish and stay in Oakdale. I happen to pawn this restaurant and I’ve had something different each time and it’s always fantastic. This time I got the chicken quesadillas the food was out within 5 minutes it was wonderful

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. The servers are friendly & most of the time they know what I want to drink or eat before I even sit down. The salsa is amazing, it’s my favorite thing there lol. Love it.

On the plus side the inside decor is bright, with nicely painted chairs, tables and walls. The food was just ok. The salsa was too tomatoey, other food just ok. I did enjoy my crawdad enchilada. This a local twist on Mexican!

Not happy with the response and service. I bought and paid for two orders of tacos @ $23.02. Came floating in water. It was not grilled chicken. It was watered shredded chicken out of the can. Just like a can at home. I call just vent. The lady answered the phone.
She began to tell me in very good English. It was my fault when I ordered them.
Because she repeated the order to me.
She never said anything about the water in the bottom of plate of tacos soaking water.
“Her words it’s not water water because if not they would have been dry.”
She said nothing anything about it being dry and need water. Until I called with their problem.

I had no problems with the service, and the atmosphere was amazing when I entered the restaurant to order take out. The workers were very nice and made sure we were comfortable. The only problem I had was the tacos. My boyfriend ordered some with just meat and cheese, but there barely any meat in them. If I’m gonna pay money for a whole taco make it to where I want to order them again.
