Was here this morning to pick up some breakfast and I was given 2 small cappuccinos, instead of the mediums. It clearly says “medium” on the sticker. Both were half way full. I was in a hurry because I need to get to work. I was not given a receipt and unfortunately the only way for you to go back in, is through the drive thru. I’ll never go this this location ever again. I should’ve went to 7/11.

The best Dunkin!! It’s down the street from my house and I’m here every single morning with my mobile orders lol. They are so fast. My iced coffee is ready before I even get to the window. Will never go to another Dunkin. It’s not the same experience elsewhere. It’s so pretty from outside too. Love the landscaping and flowers.

Of all the Dunkins I go to in the area, this one has become my preferred location due to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I’m here at least five times a week at this point and am consistently impressed by the speed at which the drive thru line moves. Every so often, there’s a hold up but you can’t plan for everything to go smoothly at all times in any area of life, especially food service. The great thing about this location is that when there is some sort of issue that backs the line up, you can tell the staff is working their hardest to stay quick and correct with their orders. I say this in particular in regard to my most recent visit. The wait was longer than usual but I could see the effort the staff put in to get everything back on track. You guys do a great job!

I ordered an iced coffee and 6 donuts and it took 20 minutes to get, the ice was melted and the donuts were old and hard, ALSO THERE WAS A HAIR! Completely unacceptable, I was really hoping for better from my local place but this is too much

Why are the donuts soggy? I used to work at Dunkin and at 8/9 am the donuts still tasted fresh. These tasted wet and old. When a kid don’t want them you know it’s bad. And the breakfast sandwich… awful! Won’t be back.

Honestly, I’m pretty much a regular here & the only time my coffee is made wrong is when there’s new employees and they don’t know how to properly store the order the way it was given thru the speaker. Otherwise staff is friendly. They never pickup the phone or return calls therfore my coffee orders don’t get replaced until I drive back up there and at that point it leaves me an unsatisfied customer going back and forth.

Always hot! This is a drive thru location only, and sometimes the lines get huge however every time I’ve come here the service has been fast and if it’s a bid order then they have you wait in the back to make sure that the quality is maintained. The food and drinks have always been fresh & hot (or cold).

My friend and I stop here nearly every single day to get coffee before work. In the beginning, everything was great and a guy named John was great. But he disappeared and all of a sudden they are constantly “closed”. But there are clearly employees in the parking lot either standing outside their cars woth other people or sitting inside their car, like they’re on a date.
