We are a huge fan of Falafel Corner, and we are so glad we finally have one in YC. We used to drive to Roseville and Sacramento before the YC location opened. This location is under new management. We have been regular customers since they opened with the old owners. We were hesitant to return after learning the business was being sold. We returned on 12/31/25, and everything was just as wonderful even better! The customer service alone was very inviting and welcoming! I also got to meet the new owner, and he was very kind as well! The food most importantly was delicious, and they added a new dessert as well which was also amazing! This is one of the few restaurants where my toddler will eat a whole lot, so that’s a huge win as well! If you are hesitating to visit this restaurant, do give them a try! You will not be disappointed! No pictures because we like to enjoy our food right off the bat!

I accidentally came across this restaurant while heading to a different place, and I’m really glad I did. The menu is simple but has everything you need, and the prices are very reasonable. The food turned out to be some of the best Mediterranean I’ve ever had — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The restaurant has a cozy feel, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. A pleasant surprise and definitely worth coming back to.

Excellent customer service and food! The folks behind the counter are upbeat and polite. The falafels are soooo good; I can tell they’re made fresh, not from a mix, and their size is impressive. I was hankering for falafels after a vacation to Egypt and Jordan and was thrilled to discover this restaurant. Now I have a place to go without driving to another city, a big plus.

Falafel plate was delicious, and the portion was definitely impressive. Presentation was beautiful. The staff was friendly, greeted me and served me with a smile. I’m leaving this review a day after I went and just thinking about it makes me hungry. I need to go back right now. I just found out about this place, and I need to try their other menu options too, but i am craving the falafel again!

We went on a Friday evening, there wasn’t a lot of people inside, but for about $40, we had a TON of insanely delicious, fresh food. They were extremely accommodating to our dietary restrictions (you can modify anything and almost all the plates/ride bowls are GF). It is very obvious they take pride in the food and you can really taste it, we are excited to add this to our regular rotation! I had the combo gyro chicken plate, and my partner had the gyro plate, with the sauces on the side.

When you first go inside the restraunt we were immediately welcomed in. Very clean. The young lady at the counter was very helpful explaining what certain menu items were and what was in them. We ordered abchicken wrap, a gyro wrap and a loaded gyro fries (all spicy). We received our food fresh and hot. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be coming back for more. They also have what I believe to be freshly made baklava! The baklava was super yummy! Highly recommend. We only ask for more spice. Thank you all for your friendly service.

I ordered pickup through the phone and was told it would take about 20-25 minutes. I arrived about 20 minutes later, was told it would take another 20-25 minutes as only one individual was working. I decided to wait it out, 10 minutes later, the guy comes and tells me the patty’s are frozen and he would not be able to make the burgers.
Why didn’t you tell me that before you accepted my order?
Proceeded to call me later thinking I was a another customer to tell me my order was ready.
Wasted my time and made me drive all the way out there for nothing.
Will not order again; inconsiderate to the customer. Don’t tell customers you can fulfill an order when you can’t.

I’m in town on business, and the reviews basically forced me to have dinner here. I’m from SF and have had some of the best halal food in the Bay Area, from the SF outpost of Halal Guys, to the institutions like Old Jerusalem, to the masterful and perhaps life-changing food of Mazra. When you walk in you think “this is going to be a disaster or a revelation”. It is not *quite* a revelation, but is is very delicious and well worth your time and money.
I got a Shwarma combo, curly fires on the side (not a fries at halal guy, but curious) and extra sauce. They definitely need to offer white and hot sauce in small containers (even for an upcharge) instead of how it was packaged. But all of that is minutiae compared to the taste and quality of the food. The rice is PERFECTLY cooked, the only note you could give is maybe more seasoning, but that’s a six of one half a dozen of the other scenario given that it both is delicious and the rice at excellent halal places runs the gamut. The shwarma is cubed, which originally was a concern, but the seasoning is actually perfect and so was the cook, so you cannot complain. The pita is obviously not house made but good and doesnt have obvious faults. The hummus could be seasoned more fully but that is a quibble. The salad had cucumber and onion and a light dressing, which many halal places don’t do. I would love if it was more chopped with more dressing, but that’s improving upon an improvement. The white sauce has *flavor from herbs*, which many still delicious white sauces don’t, and the hot sauce had flavor and was approachable, which is important given their location.
I’m very happy I got dinner here, and I think you will be too.
