I visited this store on 2/5/26 @ approx 8am. The young lady who took my order, my payment and made my food was AMAZING. She was friendly and patient while I looked over the menu and customized my order. My food was made as ordered, was fresh, looked great and tasted even better! She appeared to be working alone and was not stressed or rushed. Overall, a fantastic visit and I really hope management sees this and relays my message to her. Working in customer service is NOT for the weak and she handled the line, taking orders , preparing food and processing payments like a pro. I wish I would’ve caught her name but I am sure management can figure out who it was as she was the only one there (from what I saw).

Smoothie king is the only restaurant I DoorDash from due to the great lengths they go to I sure your smoothie arrives fresh and untouched. Just received this delivery with perforated tape on top so there’s way to remove and reapply and If that wasn’t enough it was in a sealed bag. Way to keep your customers well being in mind!

I enjoy their Smoothies but the location in Jax Beach needs to do a better job of informing their employees about new offerings/promotions. I tried three times to get the new Smoothie Keg and the staff acted like they had no clue what was going on. The second time as I was getting my regular smoothie at the drive thru I saw the kegs under the counter. The lady told me “Those are for six smoothies”. That is what I wanted. The last time I tried last week I walked to the window and could see the box but I did not see the kegs in it. The two guys working told me that location wasn’t doing that promotion.

The kid who took order and payment wasn’t friendly and then had the nerve to blatantly ask if we wanted to leave a tip! Who does that?! Maybe if he wouldn’t have asked, we would have! Tell your employees it’s their job to make the smoothies and serve the customers!!
