Pizza crust tasted like it had been cooked twice. Cheese inside of cheesy bread wasn’t melted, and the dough undercooked. Ordered 4 garlic dip cups and only received one. (Not the first time they have done that)

I order here all the time, mostly online sometimes in person. The people that take care of me are fabulous. They put up with my jokes and sometimes bad humor and never miss a beat. The past three times that I have ordered online they have had issues with their internal, phones and / or server. All waits have been well over an hour, one was over 2 hours before I received my order. This is the only downfall here. Employees (especially the one delivery guy) are absolutely awesome! The food is really good for “fast food”. Get the online ordering process cleaned up and this place is great!

I don’t know if it’s some kind of joke or something but the last time we ordered from here our order was completely wrong and stale cold like it was sitting out for hours. Now we order this evening and not only is our order wrong but it’s all half eaten and also like it’s been sitting out for hours. I don’t know much about running a pizza place but how in the world does that happen. I just had a baby wanted an easy dinner, now we have to go all the way back to the store and figure out a new dinner tonight. We’ve never been rude or disrespectful to any employee in anyway, can’t say thats not going to change however.

Dominos the last few times I’ve ordered has really went down hill !!! Normally order Pepperoni Pizzas and Wow they have really been skimping on the toppings, cheese and sauce. We had several pieces that had 1 Pepperoni on it and super dry. I order extra Pepperoni and Cheese and looks like a normal pizza not extra. I’m not sure if it’s the Management or Employees skimping or being lazy to get the orders our quick. Always had to put my own Oregano on my thin crust Pizza which suppose to come on it. Come on Domino’s get it together.
