Paid almost $21.00 for 2 foot long steak and cheese on the app…..all sandwiches look just like this …. this isn’t worth $9.95 plus tax. Will never use the app again! Will never use this subway again! Telling all family & friends to not go here! To not use the app because if you’re not there, your sub won’t even be made to the subway minimum standards. I just got ripped off. You will also if you do business with the downtown store.

U guys gave me an old bread steak sandwich that was extreamly flaky and really skimpy on the meat compared to other subways here in El Paso tx. This store makes Subway look undesirable. Ill make sure and tell my family and friends Not to go to this Subway.

I went today and there was a group of people that walked in right before me. I was worried I would be there a while but the staff was on it. They had a great system going and the girl taking the order to start the line handled herself very well. Didn’t get flustered, wasn’t rude, and set the pace and tone for the rest of the staff. Give that girl a raise, that line went quick. ☺️

They don’t fold the meat anymore to make it presentable. They just slap it on with no care. They tend to make it upside down, and when I unwrap sandwiches, it just falls apart. It’s honestly pathetic. I have never seen such poor poor service and such lack of care for the food in my life

I was there 15 mins before they closed and I received excellent customer service from the gentleman behind the counter. Very friendly and accommodating to me and my wife whom was on the phone ordering. Food was still fresh and delicious by the time I got home. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

DISSAPOINTED.I went there twice in the past month since I work close by. I had a $5 rewards ready to use since my first visit, they and said their system wasn’t taking it. I let it go and the second time I went the SAME THING. First of all I had already waited about 30 min for my meal when there was only a couple ahead of me. No one greets you or tells you “we will be right with you” they just have you waiting. All that waiting and at the end AGAIN their system was not taking the reward, which sucks when u were expecting to use it AND waited so long, the cashiers didn’t bother to try doing anything, I asked if they could maybe give me a coupon and NO. I still paid full price and left. For the third time I went to the Subway on Montana, no issues ny reward worked fine but this location does not seem to bother fixing the issue. Or care too.
