Food was great and the “all you can eat” was a great deal. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it because it took over 40 mins to get our sushi. I’m not sure why it took so long. It might have been a fluke or they were just waiting for everything to come out at once. We will be back because the food was great. I’ll update

I order from here to-go pretty often. Sushi is fresh and tasty, the place is clean, and orders are usually done right. This is my go-to sushi spot now. Service can vary, but food quality keeps me coming back. When ordering online, the wait can sometimes be a bit longer than the estimated ready time, but that’s usually because they’re busy serving customers, which honestly says a lot about how popular and well-loved this place is. Overall, a very solid choice!

I would give another star for atmosphere. It’s really cool in there with tapestries & beautiful art on the walls. Neat sushi bar, they did a good job. As far as sushi I’ve gotten the all you can eat lunch & it fails to disappoint! Everything I’ve tried so far is amazing! I guess I would probably give another star for food as well! No complaints on service either. They bring you everything you need. I like that they ask if you want ginger or wasabi instead of just wasting it on a plate. I enjoy it, but I’ve worked in sushi restaurants and watched so much get thrown out.

Before this place opened, I hated sushi. Not because of past experiences, but just because I don’t like seafood. When I came to AJI Sushi though, it changed with their Chicken Temp Roll. It’s literally like chicken strips in sushi. So basically, this place is for everyone- fish or non fish lovers! The fried rice is also incredible. I come here often and will continue! The waiters/waitresses are always so kind as well and very quick! I will always and forever recommend this place!

I was in Chicago for work and craving sushi after a gym session. This spot happened to be the closest to the gym—and I’m so glad it was. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and modern the restaurant felt, all while maintaining a warm, welcoming vibe.
The food came out quickly, and for an all-you-can-eat sushi place, the quality absolutely blew me away. Every dish was fresh and flavorful.
To top it all off, our server Kim was an absolute gem—attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of.
My only complaint? I don’t live closer. If I did, I’d be here every week.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect when I ordered from here, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this restaurant. I ordered 3 rolls of sushi and their crab rangoon, which is one of the best crab rangoon I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the lunch special, so it came with free miso soup and salad. The price was pretty cheap compared to other Japanese restaurants without diminishing the quality of the food. It’s clear this restaurant is run by an experienced owner. I would definitely eat here again.

EDIT: Second time there and even better! Our server, Lluvia, was so kind and attentive. This time, we got drinks, and they were DELICIOUS. I got the steak hibachi dinner, and it did not disappoint!
