Every time I pass by, a lovely young lady enthusiastically offers samples, so I finally decided to give this place a try today. It was a huge disappointment. The vegetables were undercooked, and the Bourbon Chicken was burnt to a crisp—it literally looks like charcoal in the photos. Also, the container is noticeably smaller than expected. Although the Orange Chicken tasted okay, I definitely won’t be coming back.

Disappointing experience. I ordered a “two chicken and one side plate.” When asked what side I wanted, I said “half side A and half side B.” When I went to check out, a second separate woman charged me a few extra dollars for a second side. I pointed out that I had ordered the one side plate and asked for half and half. The woman said they don’t do half and half and I’d have to pay for it. The food here is mediocre, and the food court has other similar options that taste better and treat you better like Panda Express. I will not be eating here again with these shady business practices.

Food was good. Service ok. Atmosphere meh.
I thought the food is 4 stars worthy but my kids thought their noodles were dry and not as good as Panda’s.
They are cheaper though by a bit (I think). However, they don’t allow you to get half noodles and half rice for free, unlike some other places right next door .
Bourbon chicken can also be too sweet.

Service is horrible. Employees are clearly not happy at their jobs and show it through their interactions with customers . It was my first time ever trying this restaurant so I took a bit of time to select my food (total decision time with sampling only about 40 seconds). So the staff threw me out of the line and told me to go to the back of the line. That was enough to persuade me to go to their competitors and never visit this restaurant again. Even Manhattan restaurants have more patience with new customers than this restaurant. Shocking given they are one of the slowest restaurants in the mall.

No customer service skills at all and when they mess up your orders they take no accountability and proceed to get angry!
The portions are so small as well, you’re better off going to the panda next door.
Will NOT be coming back or recommending to anyone.
Stay away, prices and the portions are not it… And add a nasty employee to that save the headache !

I went here 2-3 weeks ago, and the food was actually good I got it because they were serving samples of the barbon chicken for the combo was $8 that’s a steal. Will dine here whenever I come back to this mall.

We were drawn in my the Cajun name. However, nothing tastes like the Cajun one would expect. I got Cajun potatoes they just taste like Asian food. No Louisiana Cajun, too sweet, less savory. It was good portion for 10.99 but with tax was 12.43. Water in a coffee cup. And I think there was a charge for a coffee cup of water. Don’t get drawn in by the Cajun name, and the teriyaki sample.

I enjoyed my order as it was fresh, hot, and tasty. The service was a bit odd, but pretty good overall. My only suggestion would be to let the plantains cook a little longer to get more color on them. It’s a mall food court, and I don’t expect much more than a fast casual setting.
