I decided to try this location because it was close to where I’m visiting a family member, and I was pretty hungry. I ordered a 4 pc mix and waited well over the 20 minutes I was told it would be. Btw it was only 1 customer ahead of me. After almost 30 minutes I came back to the counter so they would see that I’m still waiting. The cook saw me but was talking to 3 guys in the back that had come in. He then went over to the fryer to retrieve food. I figured it might be overcooked, but I didn’t think nothing of it. I got back to my family members home, washed my hands, settled down, and opened the box to find over cooked chicken. The skin was very hard and the meat under it had just about shrunk. I called then came all the way back to show them and get this rectified. 2 guys came to the front and tried to convince me that it was not overcooked. There’s no way you can convince someone that’s been frying chicken for over 40 years that the chicken isn’t overcooked. A beverage was offered for the inconvenience, but I declined because I was still stuck on how they were trying to convince me that this chicken was not overcooked. I’m a Highly highly dissatisfied, and disappointed customer. The food did get properly prepared the second time, but why couldn’t this be didn’t this first time? Maybe the cook just got caught up on his conversation with the guys that came in. Idk

25 pc chicken dinner was $51. Party wings and reg wings the same size. Chicken had no seasoning even after she sprinkled some lemon pepper. They also have no bread even though they advertise that they have bread. They will give you a discount for no bread if you request it. Go to another sharks

I placed an order for a small perch from the new Richton Park Sharks (4801). I decided to try this place since it was a little closer. I cannot believe this place is part of the Sharks franchise. The small perch pieces were smaller than my cell phone. HORRIBLE. I have never had this experience. I have ordered from Matteson and my fish NEVER looked like this. And the only compensation I was told is that we will give you and extra piece of another small as Perch. Find a better supplier for fish or just shut down. I wish I can post the difference in Matteson vs this place
