The food was exceptional! Very tasty, high quality, and beautifully prepared. Truly on another level. The ceviche amazing, and the scallops were one of the best dishes I had. My favorite was the turbot – what a combination of flavours!
Everything was cooked to perfection, and you could taste how all the flavors blended together, creating something very special.
The profiterole very tasty as well! The wine we chose was very good and easy to drink.
A memorable dining experience, we will definitely go back. Highly recommended!
The food was amazing – the cevice was so fresh, the scallops really good. The beef was cooked to perfection and the pigeon very interesting (loved the truffle).
The profiterole was amazing!
The wine was very nice.
The staff was very kind and took care of explaining each dish.
As for the ambiance, I’ll only add that food of this caliber deserves nicer furniture, even for a “brasserie” 😉
This is a beautiful brasserie in a very picturesque location, in a castle in a quaint countryside village. Both vegetal and omnivore menus were delicious, with fresh local ingredients and creative recipes.
Great staff, the service was very friendly and professional. Our two waiters were attentive and provided wonderful drinks and wine recommendations.
This is how vegan food should be done!
The Menu was sadly the same, to expensive for the result. Especially the vegetarian menu was just not enough… In this price category we really expected more and we allready tried a lot of places in Luxembourg, same price but a different quality. You get the feeling that you just pay for the place, even if we didn’t had a window okace or something else. The service was good and the meat was very good quality.
But in total the experience was just way to expensive.
