Customer service has proven to be extremely disappointing. After placing an order, I discovered that three items were missing from my delivery. When I reached out to express my concerns, I was met with indifference; it seemed there was little to no effort made to address the issue. This experience was particularly frustrating considering I had spent over $100 on my order, expecting a certain level of quality and service in return. Additionally, the quality of the food itself was far from satisfactory. The meat arrived raw and cold, which is unacceptable for any meal. The only item that was properly cooked was the chicken, but it was excessively salty, making it nearly inedible. Overall, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my concerns in hopes that improvements can be made in both product quality and customer service.

5/1/25: So impressed with the bogo Flap Churrasco plate w/2 sides, great steak 8oz x2 presliced med-well, small containers of chimmichurri & a white garlic sauce, need to add an order more sauces option, bomb cripsy sweet potato fries delivered, acidic soupy whole black beans enjoyed, platanos on side delish. CON: They take longer to have orders ready than the food delivery app estimates on my past3 orders, so “looking for a new driver” happens often from here then food can get cold, tipped driver well and asked them to wait this time & they did!

I placed an order through Dordash when I arrived the place was super nice and I asked the boys to serve it to me to eat it at their place this exceeded my expectations 100% recommended this food it has become my favorite without a doubt

Terrible service, the lady who took the order didn’t even said hi nor smiled a bit. I ordered a burger and apparently they bought the meat from Walmart that’s right in front, such bad quality frozen premade burger, it was anything but churrasco. Never going back even if they get better, which I doubt.

1 hour and 45 minutes is how long my order took to fulfill on a Saturday. I was not the only one.
3 people, 3 nice people but 3 very overwhelmed people. So overwhelmed they don’t communicate with the client and just plug away. Very disorganized.
Whoever the owner is needs to take a step back, analyze what they’re doing, retool and get back at it.
Decent food but with this experience I’ll never be back.

Service by far the worst I’ve ever came across. And the food was aweful, they made my food with their bare hands and left me a nice surprise of the lady’s long hair in my sandwich , neither Employees had gloves on or their hair up. They’re atmosphere there is none. It’s in the middle of a parking lot with garbage surrounding at a gas station. The smell in the air smells like trash, garbage and gas.
