Food is great. Yes it’s always freaky fast. But please explain to me. Why do you ask if I want it cut in half and never cut it in half? Just the basics of reading your own receipt would go a long ways. Also, it’s a to go order, a couple napkins would be amazing. Super basic improvements would take this rating up to a five star quickly from me.

Funny how it’s advertised as ‘freaky fast’ delivery, yet it’s been over an hour and our food still hasn’t arrived. We were told the driver took six orders and it would be here soon… that was more than 30 minutes ago. Really disappointing service.

We are pretty much done with this place, been here twice the past 4 months and each time both ridiculous…
First time they didn’t give us kickin ranch and they were being judgmental and laughing at me cause of my overbite…
Then this time today 1/28/2023 at 5:12pm, we went in for three sandwiches and all had the inside bread torn out ! … WHY ??!! and still didn’t give us kickin ranch once again…

♿ I want to give a big shout out to whoever made my unwich tonight! You are the first person who has ever put extra lettuce inside the wrap and I love you for it!
Normally my unwiches are rather lackluster, but I love all that extra goodness!
It was a little challenging to eat and at times, I had to chomp the top off in order to get a bite from the open end. Maybe a little extra oregano-basil underneath?
I just wish you guys had some more nutritious lettuce (I.e. Kale) I don’t eat much iceberg. I eat all the darker green leafy vegetables. Maybe you could find a larger leaf option for your lettuce wraps, for people like me?
I’m in a wheelchair, so I TOTALLY appreciate the curb-side carryout by the way! Saves me the hastle of getting out of my vehicle and getting in/out of your store!

This specific location got me through many late nights as a student at GV. Always got my order right, and they were very apologetic when they stopped serving kickin ranch. I’d order from here way too much, and I will definitely continue with the pattern when I move back. This place is freaky fast and freaky consistent. As soon as I got the notification that my order was out for delivery, I’d set a timer, and they would always show up as I was walking down. Nothing but love for this location

I ordered a pick up order and when I got asked in to grab it the employees are literally sitting on the counter where you order. I get home and pull out my chips to eat them and they were already open. I usually wouldn’t post a review but this kind of thing always happens at this location.

First time in this location and I was in a hurry and ordered ahead on the app, I was very pleased and surprised with the time my order was ready. It was accurate and nicely done, nice presentation, seems they handled it with care. I didn’t see the pick up rack and had to ask the cashier about my order (my bad, it was right in front of me) he could’ve been a little bit more friendly, he was upset when he had to point it out at me and made a rude gesture. Aside of this very nice in general and I gladly would go back.
