We had a phenomenal lunch on our way to the Mass MoCa for the Fresh Grass Blue grass festival. I had the BBQ bacon Philly Cheesesteak, my wife had the Chicken Cesar salad wrap, and our daughter had the falafels. One of the top cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. My wife loved the Chicken Cesar wrap and noted that it had the perfect amount of dressing. The falafels had a really nice seasoning.
Pro tip: the head chef does private events and will come to your house for private dinners.

Located in beautiful Mass Moca just as you approach the gates you are greeted with the delicious aroma of burgers,wings and things. As you approach the counter you are welcomed with a bright smile and a courtesy welcome! The service is spot on. The food is delicious and you still have Mass moca and bright ideas to explore.
Highly recommend you grab everything on the menu. It will not disappoint

Always my first stop when I’m in North Adams. Delicious, authentic Philly cheesesteak. The chef has the swagger, too. On the campus of a world class museum. Next door Bright Ideas Brewing allows you to bring in your Big Daddy’s to enjoy with a pint. They also allow you to take out a pint to enjoy at Big Daddy’s outdoor seating. Bring your appetite!

I call to order and they say I can only order online when the last 2 times I ordered over the phone . Then when I order a burger for my gf it cost $.50 for anything other then the burger. After that we place a order that comes to $30.99 and the end price is $54.99. Wherein the extra $24 come into play ? Not to mention the staff is rude , the food is never the same and the fa e that they only have delivery 25% of the time . The first time I ordered this is was amazing the food was amazing but then one day it went to crap . I noticed they have different people at the window everyone is on there phone or talking to one another . This place could be amazing but they need people who care not the waitstaff they have now . I wish someone else in town would open a BBQ place like this but someone that cared and had workers that cared this is the 2nd time I ordered and had to cancel. Not to mention one time we ordered and 2 hours later we called back and they were closed they forgot our order. How can you run a place like this . Not to mention if im spending $50+ on food I just go out to a decent restaurant not a fast food place where people don’t care. As I write this I had just called talked to a rude person on the phone and finally placed an order for brisket and a plain burger and it was over $50 how is this even possible ill order Chinese food and get a full spread with leftovers for days for $35 . Hate to see it but when this place goes under hope someone gets the recipe for the bourbon sauce and opens up a more reasonable BBQ place with people that care I give this place a negative 4 stars place was awful experience.

The food is excellent.. No place to sit down in the winter but the bar Bright Ideas right cross has table and Hand crafted Beer. You can pair your beer with whatever you get from Big Daddys.

Best cheesesteak (I tried the Tourist) in the Berkshires and incredible wings (Sweet and Spicy rub was delish!) Perfect to pair with beers from Bright ideas brewery across the way. This place is a great addition to the area. The outdoor dining area is also very quaint. Can’t wait to try more !

Awful service. Terrible. Avoid unless you have an hour to kill.
We went here before a concert and waited 20 minutes JUST TO ORDER then 45 minutes to get our food. After the person in front of me ordered, I waited a solid five minutes just to get called up to the counter. (Chose “no tip” which is rare for me.)
The cheese steak was OK but the fries were barely cooked. I think they threw some frozen fries into a bowl of warm water. At least it was only $40 for the meal (/sarc).
Thanks to the incompetence of this crew, we missed the first couple songs of the concert and had to sit way in the back because we got in so late.
Avoid unless you love waiting forever for overpriced, subpar food.

this was our second time here. The first time was really great- we ordered the tourist and dirty fries. We assumed the wait had to do with take out orders as it took about 20 minutes and there were only 4 other humans outside. This time the wait was closer to 40 minutes but there was a crowd. Unfortunately for us, it seems like our Tourist was assembled long before our fries were plated. The sandwich was literally inedible. We had to dump the steak and fixings onto the tray and eat with a fork because the bread was so soggy it was literally disappearing before our eyes. Worth the money when it’s not soggy- but this was gross. I’ll try the taco place next time, I can’t do the wait AND the soggy sammy. 3 stars only because my first time was a 5 star, while this one was a 1star unfortunately.

First time at Big Daddy’s Steakhouse and the food was great, and staff kind. Also just a heads up that if you order the fried Oreo’s order more than 1. If you place one order you will definitely desire more.
