Lady working there around 6 had no idea what she was doing, when we asked for 2 specific wraps that were on the menu she had no idea what we were talking about when it was on their menu, she also put raw bacon on both of our wraps, when we asked her if the bacon was supposed to be cooked she said she didn’t understand and then warmed it up in the microwave not the oven. She also had her earbuds in the entire time while taking our order and continued to say “huh” or “what” with everything we asked for, and instead of wrapping our wrap she folded it in half so everything spilt out of the wrap when we unwrapped the paper . Everytime we go there we have a really bad experience with the same lady, will not be going back after this. If I could put zero stars I would.

I ordered a footlong Nachos. The worker used only 1 small bag of Doritos for the chips. Then he spead it out in the footlong box. It did not cover the bottom of the box. Probably had about 8 chips with toppings this is unacceptable for $5.

The older man that made my salad started out rude. I came to this location before and it was the same thing, although I thought he was having a bad day then. I see this is his normal demeanor for people of color as the two people behind me received better service as did the one in front of me. If you want great service go to the Subway in Bryan’s Road. I won’t be back to this location. And the salad portion was small and I was charged more!

I love the Subway chain, but not this location. I’ve been there before and thought that the service was indifferent. In April 2024 I ordered a sub and presented the coupon I received in the mail. The worker told me that the coupon does not cover the sub that I ordered. I showed him the print where it indicated it does. He informed me that this location does not accept that coupon for the “order by #” items on the menu and that this is why you need to present the coupon prior to ordering.
It seems to me that if they are not going to honor Subway coupons, that they should post a sign saying that.
I will NOT go to this location again.

I made an online order my sandwich bread was burnt, the sandwich was not made like I asked. I should not have to go behind grown people and check if they did their job. Individuals need to have more training on attention to detail and actually read the online order request.

My experience at this subway was great the first time the second time on 8/11/23 it was very unsatisfactory. The older gentleman that was making the sandwiches is very rude. He speaks with an accent so it’s difficult to understand him at times and when you don’t hear what he say the first time he gets upset he’s in a customer service environment. He needs to learn how to be more patient with people who may not understand him and respectful of people that are trying to understand his English. This was my second and very last time ever going to that Subway he may not lose one dollar for me not coming there but I will no longer be a customer there and I work right down the street from his restaurant. DO BETTER!!!!!!
