The food is really good it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it. I love how they make the food with love and care. The employees are kind, caring and loving. They take care of everyone as if it’s their own kids. Also I love how they have vegan options too they don’t discriminate. I would avoid this location and find something better. I had a large family order and not only did they not include ANY of the extra toppings I ordered, the fries were burnt, and 1 item was missing. Upon completing the survey nothing was done and the customer service was not helpful at all in issuing a refund or credit of any kind. Not recommended.

I went there today, waited thirty minutes for my order. The cashier was very hostile and emotional, as well as very sassy. I asked what was the estimated time for my order to be completed, it appeared she didn’t comprehend that question and started to huff and puff . She gave special treatments to the girl next to me and was chatting away with a woman across the room. There were completed orders in which she would call out the names in a low tone. I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Once my order was completed, the cashier person in a sarcastic and loud tone said “thank you”… I think this individual needs to speak with someone. If Someone’s asking you what is the estimated time, it shouldn’t be that upsetting however it seems like she’s burnout. If I was to see her again, I would remind her that she should compose herself properly and pay attention to her surroundings better. I hope she gets the support she needs, to calm herself and act properly.

Food is good but lady in the front can be rude unless you know her. I was standing just waiting for my food and she gave me attitude just because I was waiting around before I got a notification that my order was ready. There was no one else around and I wasn’t bothering anyone. Even from other past times, in the past couple of years just bad vibes from her. She needs to be let go because I see other people have the same complain. LIKE COME ON.

The guy working cashier was cool but the woman who was giving out the food was rather rude. I asked for some sauce and the lady said okay step back and wait with attitude. Waited 15 minutes while I watched her get stuff like ice for a woman’s drink . There was no food ready and no line . She just neglected to give me my damn sauce . Food was okay but damn the staff needs to improve .
