First time ever in Hard Rock Cafe and it was one to remember.
The staff were kind, though we waited around 20 minutes for the food but weren’t in a rush.
We shared the chicken wings in sweet and tangy sauce – for two people that don’t eat spicy, it was a bit too spicy yet delicious so we suffered but kept eating happily.
The onion rings were good, juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, they came with 2 sauces and we added another one – the honey mustered is a must!!
We drank one purple haze – which was nice, and the strawberry basil lemonade which we really liked! (Pro tip: we added a shot of gin and got a really nice “out of the menu” cocktail)
Atmosphere is the key word here – everything is on point.
Overall it was a great experience and the food was very tasty.

Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw is truly worth your attention.
If you’re visiting with family, the upstairs area is perfectly suited for guests with children. But if you’re looking for a slightly more immersive dining atmosphere, I recommend heading downstairs to the lower dining room. There, you’re welcomed and seated by a warm, professional team who understand hospitality the way it should be.
The ambiance is exceptional. The music is vibrant and played at just the right volume — energetic enough to create atmosphere, yet balanced so conversation flows easily at the table.
We began with the nachos — and I must insist, you have to try them. Among the finest I’ve tasted. Perfectly crisp, generously layered, paired with fresh, vibrant guacamole. Every element thoughtfully prepared, the flavors beautifully balanced. A simple dish executed with precision — exactly what great kitchen craftsmanship is about.
Next, we enjoyed a dish where I assembled my own wrap at the table — an interactive and satisfying experience. The meat was fresh and expertly prepared, the vegetables harmoniously selected, and finishing it myself added a personal culinary touch. Outstanding.
From what we observed, the other dishes looked equally impressive, and the portions are generous — a true reflection of confident, honest cooking.

We had a great experience at Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw. The burger and mac and cheese were really tasty and well prepared. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and quick. I also loved the atmosphere, which has a classic American diner vibe with great music and cool memorabilia all around. It’s a fun, lively place. Definitely worth a visit!

The Warsaw Hard Rock has a perfect atmosphere. The food is excellent, which is standard for this chain of restaurants. The prices are quite reasonable and the service is very pleasant. What struck me was the tipping system, which is exactly the same as in America – the minimum is 10%, but you can also give 20%… that is definitely not the Polish standard. The local rock singer was excellent.

We arrived in Warsaw after a long trip and were looking for a nice place to eat. We found Hard Rock Cafe in Złote Tarasy Mall – a spacious restaurant with great atmosphere, delicious food, and beautiful design. The service was a bit slow, but we had time and really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty meal and a fun vibe in the heart of Warsaw!

Whenever I travel, I usually go to Hard Rock Café because, even though it’s expensive, I can have a safe and good-quality gluten-free burger. Unfortunately, this location completely failed to meet the franchise’s standards. The bun was small, rubbery, cold, and soggy — nothing like the warm, fluffy brioche buns I’m used to.
They also messed up my burger order, and when they brought the corrected one, both the meat and the fries were cold as well. I usually order the gluten-free brownie too, but it wasn’t even on the menu here.
If you have gluten intolerance or celiac disease, I don’t recommend this place. It’s overpriced, and they clearly don’t care about serving food with even basic quality standards. This experience makes me question the overall standards of the Hard Rock Café brand, and I don’t think I’ll be visiting again.

Good food, cold beers and live rock music what else do you need. Atmosphere is great like in every Hard Rock Cafe. Maybe waiter could bring me beers faster like for every beer he waited 10 minutes to bring me I was like dude come on you are talking to colleges and walking around and I’m just waiting there for new cold one.
And another surprise was t-shirt price from around 15 HRC t-shirts I have I think this one from Warsaw was most expensive little less than 40€ even in Japan is around 25€.

Great time in the great place! Every Friday is for live music, we were lucky listeners to the Dzem Session, powerful energy vibing band! The cocktails were good, the snacks not bad.
